This is the best POV of the ride. I wasn't happy with Disney's POV, but now, after getting used to it and watching this, it really does reminds me of Splash Mountain just Tiana themed. There are many references in this ride specially the Louis stuck scene(reminds me of the Bear) and the final scene with the drop is exactly like the Laughing place. It'll be a popular attraction for sure and I am excited to ride it :-)
Now we're talking!!! tell those splash mountain crybabies to get use to it and just.... Well, watch splash mountain vr that would make em better and just go with the flow
Your POV is way better than any Ive see. And made me much excited for what we will get out here in Disneyland! Thank you for posting, youngot all the details, shocking Disney didn't even put much this effort into their own promotion!
They integrated the old and new ride to show how New Orleans embraces all and doesn’t not support erasure or culture and history but instead adds it into the gumbo to intensify the flavor. It’s so nostalgic being at the new ride
The 3D screens are ridiculous, princess and the frog was 2D animated film. The storyline was rather flat with the riders gathering animal friends with no climax unlike in splash mountain. I can say the trippy scene we with the mushrooms are cool. Nothing can top zipadee do da and the original song towards the end is not part of the movie so they should release the song atleast
I had more fun looking through the queue line than watching the ride. At least the queue really had a lot of detail and some extra story from before and after the movie. The ride itself is a children's flip book. It's cute, but the empty and dark spaces keep you staring at a whole lot of nothing throughout the ride. The finale was the best part of the ride, but that's also partially ruined by the dumb screens. I really wanted something grand from the remodel, but this makes me wish they just kept Splash Mountain.
True, and also don't listen to what that goober @artnandez is talking about, the dude's mentally tantrum-ish because of the opinion syndrome (*I made that up.) like all the rest. Besides, when I first saw the last POV video about this ride? I didn't really get TOO angry about it like the others did because to tell the truth? I... didn't really care for Splash Mountain that much, not because of the stereotypes? but it's because it just wasn't my favorite to begin with, nothing personal lol.
After riding it in person, I do say it’s so much better than any POV. The music is infectious and the Audio Animatronics are mind blowing! My only complaint is the space between scenes.
My problem with the ride is that the only scene that looks good (the finale) last only 3 seconds while all the other scenes are showed for much longer with less or nothing going on. The ride should specifically slow down at the finale so we can enjoy it.
The radio music in the queue is enchanting. I'd love for them to set up a covered veranda separate from the line with lots of rocking chairs. That'd be a great place to relax during the day
I agree with most of the comments: This ride makes the ride look way better and more complete than any other I've seen. I can't wait to see how they (hopefully) improve the ride and make better story elements. I hope they fix it up more so there are less breakdowns.

Yeah I agree. Splash Mountain was one of my most favorite rides ever since I was a kid. While I am heartbroken that its gone now, the new ride looks really beautiful to me. The soundtrack also gives me the good vibe feelings that Splash Mountain also gave me. I will definitely go on this ride first when my family goes to visit in the future!
I like it about the same as I liked Splash, maybe a tiny bit less since splash was my all time favorite, but I’m willing to accept the change to include more diversity, as I believe splash needed to go if it was causing negative feelings in a place that’s supposed to be fun, like a theme park, however it’s nice to have something new :)

Big missed opportunity to have friends from the other side for the big drop. Even the CEO says this ride sucks. Should of kept splash mountain just saying. But I will admit the music for the queue was decent
Before your video I hated this attraction. Now I can see it's not that bad, but definitely room for improvement. They MUST add Dr. Facilier somehow, I mean, if Disney are the ones behind the "Somehow Palpatine returned" they can definitely pull that out so that we can get "I got friends on the other side" on the former laughing place and during the ramp, that would make the game 100% better. Also, I'd rather they ad static a-la-dark ride figures than seeing empty spaces. I mean think of Alice in Wonderland's flower scene, those figures only move their mouth and it still looks amazing. Splash was still more lively, with a congruent story and a true dark climax that made your return to safety waaaay more thrilling.
This has nothing to do with Tiana, but it just looks so rushed and not well planned out. They tried to excite us with the new animations and skills but.. there is nothing else to support it. The beginning as 3 minutes long of just- veggies and listening to the normal soundtrack from the movie. Once you actually go in to the story portion, I didn't really see any storyline! The scenes are so spread apart and you are basically in pitch darkness inbetween each scene, making it seem like its cut up, there is no fluidity with the story to keep the riders hung in the story, which I am still unsure of. The basic understanding is that they needed some veggies for the event at Tiana's Palace? But ok we get musical animals. Honestly the part that mainly impressed me was the transformation of when they turn small and that little part where the water jumps over the log. But after that, there was nothing else that impressed me. I'm sad for the lack of Naveen in the story too... I couldn't even see him at the end because he is like, tucked away behind Tiana. Overall... I would have preferred Splash Mountain more, even if im not one who rode it often due to me not liking water log rides. I love that Tiana is getting her ride and attention that she greatly deserves, but I feel like they did her dirty with rushing it like this. Should have stayed on the planning board a bit longer... Edit: I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT DR. FACILIER!! He would have been perfect for this!!! They should have really just done the original story for this ride and not start a whole new one... The original plot of the story fits this ride perfectly. It takes place in the bayou anyways, you have a steady flow of the story, you get ALL the main characters in the story, and you have a conflict!! Imagine the "Are you Ready" song as you go up the last drop and the suspence to then PHEWWWWW drop into the mist!! That would have been so much better than this.
@@HTom-dn2vp They found their band literally within the first two scenes, the critters at the beginning that can then be seen at the end. Whose* company. And if she works there instead of just telling everyone what to do, she'd be an employee. Or maybe she bought the company but gave it to her employees and they kept her name.

@@MouseStepsWeekly I have lots of your stuff scattered throughout my many parks playlists! This one for instance: ua-cam.com/play/PLeCDRk6O2hhPc7P_QAla_fZBWPGqxfHWG.html&si=h1JRvz0tp0MjvB9z
I can't WAIT until this starts breaking down on opening day!🤣
Brer Rabbits splash mountain was way better
Did the ride break down bc that’s all I hearing it’s doing now
It doesn't seem like much of a bayou adventure to me. I'll be visiting in Sept, and I hope it's better in person.
this ride kinda sucks (but great ride POV!)
What are the names of the songs that are in the ride
How did you get to ride it so soon? Was this a cast member screening? I know this week is AP screening.
I'm so excited I love Princess Tiana Disney thank you for doing this I met Princess Tiana at Disney World I want to meet her again & again
I love this!
15:59 incoming drop at 12’oclock
This does make the ride look better but the anticlimactic ending just kinda makes me mad, like why do we have to just have nothing happening imagine if this was a movie no one would watch it. Facilier needs to come in. They gotta they could pull it iff so well and make a spectacular rude instead of just another frozen ever nothing
Tyvm
Rode it this morning and loved it!
I cant help but feel like the atmosphere created from the queue is completely lost when you actually reach the ride portion. Its like the Theme Park version of being blue balled :/
This looks cool
Uhhh, you okay Tiana? In the thumbnail it looks like you just saw a ghost!😂
This POV was so much better than the one Disney put out themselves! Now I am hyped!
The queue is genuinely lovely, its a shame that the ride itself is mediocre.
but it's really catchy tho
Tiana bayou adventure is better to be honest
💀💀💀💀
Tbh I really like the retheme. I prefer it over Splash tbh but Splash was still pretty good. I like the more laid back vibe they went for with the ride
They have Way too many logs on the ride right now. They need to take one or two off and you'd get a much better ride experience
That’s Splash Mountain 2.0
Bring ride, no plot.
Shut up haters!!!!
idk who actively chose to not watch or understand the movie.
Much video than what Disney Proper produced. And they're a movie/film company? lol
if disney built an all-new log flume track for tiana's bayou adventure, the size of the biggest drop would be more than the first drop of splash mountain but less than the big drop
Disney forgor the ARE YOU READY?
To Facilier
That Lil Liza song is catchier than the end song 😭 I actually really enjoyed it, its a shame it's only in the queue. People say that if yoy hward Special Spice, an instrumental version playing in the plaza like they do with Zipadee, it wouldn't be memorable. I think Liza James has enough to stick imo. Its crazy that all the queue music goes so hard but the new song for the ride just isn't hitting to me the way it should.
That's a real song from the era actually
@@jaydenswift9856 Oh, I had no clue. It slaps, thanks for letting me know
Disney Needs to Stop Making Their Rides Politically Correct , They changed Splash Mountain & Pirates of the Caribbean. 🙄🙄🙄
TIANA'S BAYOU ADVENTURE MAGIC KINGDOM PARK WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT VS ILLUNIMATION DESPICABLE ME 1 2010 2 2013 3 2017 & 4 2024 🎥🌊🎢
ARNDREW GARFIELD & MICHAEL SHANNON 🥰😍🤩😘
I'm 58 Years of age , 1977 was the Last Time I Visited Disneyland at age 11. So Much has Changed & Not for the Better. I Prefer the Original Submarine Ride instead of the Finding Nemo Theme. At The Pirates of the Caribbean Ride they No longer have the Pirate Yelling " We Wants The Redhead ". Disneyland No Longer has the Skyway. And the Jungle Cruise No Longer has Head Hunters.

i just miss facilier
#downwithtianasbayouadventure #savesplashmountain for life
Cry about it
This is the most boring retheme disney has ever done
I remember when the first 4 CGI thomas and friends seasons were boring and repetitive Seasons 13-16
But now seasons 13-16 is a massive improvement over this
dummy
This ride sucks
Season 12 of thomas and friends the model CGI hybrid is a improvement over this
This entire ride is pointless. There is no story, no tension, nothing remotely compelling. This is a joke.
Umm. I fell asleep. Nope. Boring.
now now.... sometimes there can be boring scenes on old splash mountain too, especially some other rides
@@jonathancompton3897 Some breathing room in the story is fine...this, on the other hand, has no actual story to need a breather from.
@@A_A610 some other rides can be like that too
@@jonathancompton3897 Tamer rides, yes. Major thrill rides, not so much.
What a horrible attraction.
the ride sucks
Well sometimes, other rides can be like that disney will explain it to everyone at the opening.. Plus, it looks ok to me
