I remember how the Swedish Air Force once, when the wind was too strong to do paragliding for sea landing parachute practice, some pilots were simply dropped off a boat doing 30kt, just to pass time. Some memory losses occurred and some hospital visits later someone in the Air Force called the what we call Attack Divers and asked (for a friend) at what speed their divers left the classic rubber boat... 1:30-1:40 is the Finnish army. You can see the use of AK:s, in Sweden the regular army uses the AK5 and AK4. Other weapons are reserved for the special operations units.
Some of the movie clips was from the exercise Norther Wind 19, and FInland was a part of that. So you are not mistaken, I also saw atleast a few finnish soldiers and vehicles. Good observation :)
