I also had radio frequency after - I presume the massaging advice is the same or does that change anything in the after care?
I thought the lymphatic system meets the circulatory system on both the left AND the right via the subclavian veins? There’s a left and right thoracic duct that drains into the left and right subclavian veins.

In starting I only had little swelling and defined chin but after a while I have little chin again like I had before not exactly like before but seems like its back. its been a month and Im very upset Even though i wore compression garment 23 hours for like 10 days and then conitnued for 8-10 hours for a month. I did my massages as well im still doing them
Genioplasty went wrong ,,I have underdeveloped jaws ,the doctor didn't inform me about that and did a genioplasty . He says genioplasty is a better surgical option ,buts that not true .he went for maximum vertical and horizontal advancement to match up my face proportional, the problem is now my mouth is in upward position and my chin is too downward,very rugged ,very broad ,too much prominent ,too much strong and my face is stretched due to maximum advancement,it's look bigger and longer than usual , it's almost 4 months after surgery ,the doctor told me to wait for 6 months the for the residual swelling to go, In revision genioplasty what can I except?
I just had chin lipo 5 days ago. I wish I had known about you. My results are disappointing. They weren't transparent. They were more interested in getting paid. My holes are itching. Something gave me rash on my chest. And they mentioned nothing about massage. Sigh.

Will this help for a hematoma? I had a deep neck lift and develop a large egg looking hematoma. It’s very hard and I was told it can’t be drained.

How are you now? I am 3 weeks pos op (genioplasty) and I too had underdeveloped jaw
I did chin lipo and did massage the day after because my doctor recommended and this is my neck now 😭 I don’t know what to do
