- Hi everybody here’s a little update for you on how the Honey house is proceeding I’m super excited to report that it’s basically finished all the basic construction. The resin will go on the floors next week starting this week and then we can start moving in.
Hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching
Looking great Richard you are starting to kick ass and take names! 😁
Quite a facility, should make you proud and busy for years to come lol😅😅
Nice to see how it's all coming along. I wish you all the best, and hope it ends up matching your vision. :)
Another step on the ladder of success! 🎉🎉🎉
Looks fantastic! looking forward to hearing more about it in February at the UBKA conference.
You’ve done very well, it all looks brilliant. 🐝🍯👌

Thanks again!
Looking great
WOW...... Well done fella.
@@MansfieldPestControl thank you 🙏
Such a sparkle in his eye's, been awhile. Example of measure twice cut once, principle.
Can’t wait to see the resin floor and doors in place!!
@@gwenyngruffydd me neither! Their here this am, already ! Sanding like craxy!! Already looks great
Looks great Richard just a suggestion but some bollards near the doors save any damage or accidents
Looking great Richard. Will be back in Uk in November I will call to see you in early February if you are around.
Just amazing thank you Richard brilliant
Thanks for update 😊
Looking great!
This will be such a huge upgrade, you'll get lost with all that space! 🙂
Just thinking back to when you were talking about beginning the construction, a great relief to be so near to the goal
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
🙋🐝💛💙👍
Great job. Where are you putting a kitchen in
@@janetbroucher1418 ok there be a bar/ open kitchen in front of my office! Well that’s the plan. Looking out for a second hand bar, with fridge, cooker etc. Just at the thinking stage really
I wouldn't want to leave that place ether
Soon your honey parlour will be in operation state
Professional beekeepers in Germany had cheap "honey" sold in supermakets in Germany DNA-tested! 80% of the tested honeys consisted of mainly sugar syrup!!! Should give your business a boost in the medium run!
You’re going to need an open day for all the viewers once it’s done 😂
How does the humidity leave the warming room as it is sometimes used to reduce water content? Just a thought.
Positive heat levels from underfloor heating will leave via doors and windows. Dehumidifier will be used in peak extraction times.big floor strain will remove surface water after washing down. There may well be other issues yet to be discovered. 🤷🏼♂️🙌🙏
Looks like it costed a pretty penny for sure!
Hello looking great . A question your hot room will it be heated off your central heat/ AC unit . ??Also is the ceiling high enough to put fans on the ceiling or are you doing something different. ??Thanks
@@kathyhathaway8823 hi Kathy, it’s heated by under floor heating. No plans for fans yet. That may come later but I don’t envisage it to be a problem. Radiant floor heat usually does the trick !👍😊
And well sealed so no bee robbing.
i know they are large rooms and it's a fantastic job Richard but spending hours in there will you not need some sort of ventilation
@@jamesbeaston7687 yes every room has a window or large door. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms also to be fitted. You never know!! Thanks!
@@richardnoel3141you did mention about sealed doors on the long end wall ( not the main entrance). If you are having a tight seal on doors and windows, you should have some sort of ventilation system to exchange the air often. Otherwise, air will go stale and not good to be in. Recommend some kind of heat exchanger on it as well so you don’t throw money out the vents with heat being pulled out.
@@kendallc8807 yes indeed we also have a couple of internal vents going in. (As advised by the installaters. Mostly it will only be heated during extraction times and as this isn’t more than probably 4/6 whs of the year we don’t in usage major problems. Thank you for the question.
Whats this type of building called and who manufacturs it? I want one!
@@zakheintzelman9570 hi, the building is made by a company in Belgium. Frisokit. frisokit.com/nl-be/
Mezzanine by www.omni-metal.bzh/
Division of rooms by Froid Ouest froidouest.fr
Hope that helps
Are you engineering it to pass onto the next generation? Kids?
@@3Beehivesto300 we live in hope but may be! One of my sons may be Interested. It would be nice to think that
Where would you kitchen be.
