As stated by 13rckz the range of this Deauther depends on many parameters. The main influencers are transmit power and the antenna. The maximum allowed power in the 2.4 GHz frequency band within Europe is usually 100mW EIRP. Also 100mW seems to be the maximum transmit power which the ESP8266 provides.
The antenna you showed does radiate in an omnidirectional (donut shape) pattern. If you want longer range some directional antenna is recommend. The connector at the board could be used with many different antennas.
If you just want to "deauth" the range will be really high, because the deauth frames are send with very low data rate (usually 1Mbps). These deauth frames are also send many, many times and even if some deauth frames do not reach the target, there will be many retransmissions.
Low data rate frames can be demodulated (received) even with very low signal strength. Depending on the receive sensitivity of the target device a frame send with 1Mbps could be demodulated with signal strength below -90dBm. Reliable data transfer might be impossible, but deauth frames will probably hit the destination.
Outdoors with clear line of sight, the range will be many hundred meters, theoretically even above one kilometer. But this really depends on environment, the antenna and radio on the receiver side. Professional WiFi point-to-point links with directional antennas on both sides cover multiple kilometers and still support very high data rates.

I would love if you would do an ESP8266/Arduino Micro Password Manager, what works exactly like your Wifi Duck but it has his own Interface where you can search Paswords and it has an Password field so my Phone Keyboard would not reconize it as an Text input and store it in my history. Would also be nice if it were WHID compatible.
