- RimWorld's Hardest Difficulty bumped up to 500%, without using pause, and only being allowed to have a single RimWorld Biotech Mechanitor pawn!
This No Pause RimWorld playthrough is played against Randy Random, on Losing is Fun difficulty bumped up to 500% (the maximum). The gameplay takes place on a Desert map. Adam is not allowed to have additional colonists!

DETAILS
This playthrough was recorded LIVE on Twitch. As such, I am speaking with chat throughout (even though this is edited). Videos without chat will be listed as 'UA-cam Exclusive'.
*No Pause - I am using a mod that disables pause in every portion of the game. This means it is impossible for me to pause with a key press and the game will not pause during events or trade, making things much more difficult.
** Losing is Fun set to +500% is the hardest difficulty in unmodded RimWorld

It’s honestly super interesting to be watching this series at the same time as Mr. Samuel Streamer’s series and see how very different your two series are despite both of them having Mechanitors and going for the Archonexus ending. It wouldn't be Rimworld if allies don't screw you over on occasion. Only Gordon is the true hero.
"Piggies is a term of endearment" - There's also the P-word, but it's considered derogatory when used by non-pigs.
Bigger maps do indeed need more processing (because there are more trees, more tiles in general, etc.) but it's not just in the late game. Unless you're leaving corpses and degradable items all over the place (i.e., things that need to be updated all the time), the amount of processing shouldn't increase significantly with time. It's just higher to begin with, because there are more tiles.
