One of the most important history lessons in a while. This narrative represents the opposite of everything we learn in a western schooling environment. Pity.
The reason it is so different from the science based narrative is that this is not science based, not evidence based. Cherry picking and deliberate misinterpretation of facts is what? Not science. That is howeve4r what this is.

10:03 and the earthquakes decrease less quickly in areas where mountains fold than elsewhere. In the Himalayas, there is a culture associated with homo erectus, which I take to be pre-Flood. Next archaeological culture has a carbon date which I take to be post-Babel (skipping the first 400 years after the Flood).

Migratory birds have a nature to capture pups and carry them away for thousands of miles , without the pups perishing, since birds store living prey for the day their hatching of their eggs populate their nests. So the phrase "On the Wings of Eagles" shows a natural method of quickly distributing animals when they are pups and delivered to nests , as far away as Australia, some of the captives will survive and escape the bird nests and so their generations will continue on foreign lands. It is like AIR MAIL , SPECIAL DELIVERY.
9:21 My calculation is : 2032 couples. That and a medium size like sheep and a medium food intake like seven kg per sheep would fit the load-weight of the Ark, considering the cubit to be 18 inches and the Ark's "walls" (and "floors and roofs") to be one cubit thick at a density of rose tree, which is the most dense wood there is today, which is an empty weight we need to get off of the _loaded_ weight (weight of the "ship" as loaded) to get the load-weight (weight of the load that is loaded onto the ship).
I have to disagree with 1 thing, the flood was only concerned with Earth, not the Universe or even just the solar system. Man was only given regency over the Earth, that's it.
Totally agree...why would a earth incident devastate mars or Venus. Unless the veliskoski (not sure of the spelling) was right in the wondering planet theory being a possible reason for the start of the flood events, I cannot see why the rest of the planets would be involved for the flood.
It’s not taught because there is no evidence. The same way they don’t teach the Hindu creation in school because it doesn’t have evidence it’s a belief not fact.
Thank you and God bless you for all of your wonderful teachings proving the Bible as our true history! I watch your videos with my 13 year old son. He asked a question last night that I have also wondered about and that is, “How were all of the sea creatures and marine life that we see today preserved during the flood?” Do you have a theory about this? Does the Bible offer any explanation or clues? I told my son that I believe God would have preserved 2 of each kind of marine animals just as he did with the land animals. We would love to know your opinion. Thank you!
I'm seeing some... a lot of new speculations. The upheavals and land movement I have heard of but the 20 percent temperature increase in the oceans would cause a large death rate in sea animals. Then there's your theory of Jupiter and Mars feeling the universe judgment that makes me recall The long day of Joshua book research. Where mars and earth had a harmonic resonance orbits. And one of those close fly bys caused the earth and mars to exchange electrical discharges leaving a rip across mars.
There is a tree in the White mountains in Eastern California named Mathuzala, it is a Bristol cone pine tree and by counting its annular rings from a core sample taken from it, it was determined to be no less than 4,854 years old, meaning that this tree was over 200 years old when the Genisus flood supposedly occured.
4:59 _"burying the land ecosystems, one at a time"_ In fact, we don't see land ecosystems piled on top of each other in the "geologic record". We do see marine ecosystems piled on top of each other, like GC, like several or more probably even all drill holes, but not land ecosystems.
Hello Dr. Wise! Looking forward for the next installment! I was wondering if you could have a segment on the two “Blobs” underneath the Earth’s crust? My theory is that actual land masses were subducted underneath the African plate and the other one I do not theorize on. Thanks! 🙏
Op if you look at the video on in depth explanation of the flood by kurt wise he reveals that the existence of those blobs was predicted decades before they were discovered, by hohn Baumgardner. Creationist science made a prediction that was confirmed by experiment. So cool
Excellent! The only problem I have with this is the timeline. The Greek Septuagint, Samaritan Pentateuch and early copies of Josephus reveal that 650 years has been removed from our modern English translations. The Flood probably happened between 3000 and 3100 BC.
@@cosmictreason2242 I'm glad you brought this to my attention. But sadly, some scribes made a transcription error copying "187" as "167" as the age of Methuselah at the birth of his son, as earlier copies attest. When we use the correct age he didn't outlive the flood.

Noah and his sons being shipbuilders, I suspect that after a few decades they got the bright idea to travel the new world and spread some of the animals around. And I suspect the generations after them continued but corrupted this trend, and they built the great megaliths we see all over the world.
Cthey did not build a SHIP they built a rectangular box , no rudder ,no bow , or shape to go thru water , All it had to do was be watertight and float ,so Noah was not a shipbuilder
God transported the animals to the Ark and so He could just as easily transported them from the Ark too. The Flood was NOT a single miraculous event. There had to have been many associated miracles involved. From a "number of miracles" prospective, it would have been "easier" to simply start all over but God had a point to make and so He went out of His way to make it. God is AWESOME! Now that I think about it: What if He did start over again? What if He'd started over many times? We would have ZERO evidence or record of that happening. It reminds me of that old hymn we used to sing, "We'll understand it all by-and-by."
The log mat dispersal period is interesting (I am certain that log mats would occur...just look at what happened at Mt. St Helen)...however, would the water be able to drinkable ...ie considering saltiness (perhaps diluted) and where would they get the food necessary to travel for months to traverse thousands of miles between continents? I am more likely to believe that as ice shelfs grew.. as a result of glaciation and an ice age, that ocean levels lowered creating land bridges that made dispersion possible.

What did the lions eat until the sheep got their numbers up? What did the sheep eat until the grass grew? Not trolling, it's a key question if your going to fend off or change the mind of people.
They probably had stored enough food for them until grass could grow, and the sheep and other animals duplicate for the carnivores. Maybe salted and dried meats, fish? Interesting.
Carrion, fish and marine animals trapped in shallow pools, plants until dietary specialization made that impossible. Grass from seed germinates and is well established in as little as 21-30 days. Many plants and trees would root via vegetative propagation (growth from cuttings) which would be well established in 6-8 weeks.
Plants were growing before Noah left the ark, as evidenced by the olive branch. Just as plants were growing on day 3 of creation. Animals to eat them were created on day 5. Next, lions are omnivores. Ever see cats eat grass? Ever check the ingredients in most commercially available cat foods? Plus cats in the wild, eat all sorts of animals. Basically anything they can catch that can walk, crawl, fly or swim. They are not limited only the flesh of sheep. God's premise here is as it was in creation week. Sustenance was created before the creatures who needed it were created.
Until after the flood everyone, human and animal, ate plants. There were no meat eaters. Genesis 1:29-30. It's not until Genesis 9:3 that God give every animal to us for food. God could have kept the animals as herbivores until there were enough animals around for them to start eating other animals.
One whitetail doe and buck breed 26 years later there are approximately 30 million whitetail deer and that is the population of whitetail deer in the United States.
The mountains of Uratu may not be referring to todays Ararat. I would think the logical resting place of the ark would be Antartica, which was not cover by ice at that time. The ark probably wasn’t made of wood, the Hebrew can translate to an unknown construction material.

Well, her nonsense more or less kicked off the creationist movement. It went from the Adventists over to the Southern Baptists. None of it has an ounce of fact.
@@ozowen I realise you are driven to comment because you enjoy conflict as a sport but I felt moved to respond. You used the term creationist in terms of describing a modern movement. The whole point of this series is that it explores the Biblical History of Creation that predates literally all of western science. Those of us who through the grace of God are gifted with faith know without needing to understand that the Bible is an enduring record of the truth. Western secular science is far from stable in terms of fact, it's a never ending movement from one so called truth that is further developed and conseqently rewritten to become the new truth of the day. The shifting sands of secular truth and so called Western Wisdom. Meanwhile the truth I have faith in endures and rather than receding as science progresses, it becomes daily more plausible even from a human secular science perspective. The Glory is to God and I will pray that you will receive his grace. God bless you!
@@UpthePottingShed The so called instability of modern science is why it works so well. It runs on disproof as new data emerges. When geology failed, and failed entirely to show any evidence for the supposed great floid, the model was put aside. It has not been taken up again because no evidence has arisen for it and the evidence against it is conclusive. The same happened with the age of the planet. It is certainly billions of years old. And life most certainly evolved. Genomes, fossils, morphology and taxonomy all speak to this. Observed speciation speaks to this. Observed beneficial mutations speak to this.
@@ozowen Fascinating isn't it! What we are debating is the essence of truth. Good science seeks truth, honest science acknowledges it's limitations, bias and levels of probability. Your describing scientific probability in terms of creation, you are quite rightly not proclaiming truth. Your describing a journey that seeks proof. Interestingly confirming faith could be described as an endeavour that relies on establishing truth via a route that eliminates that which is disproved. Personally, the more I live my faith the more contented, peaceful and meaningful my life is. Conversely if I drift away from my faith, my life becomes more tangled, more challenging and and has less meaning. I've observed this over many years of living, a lack of faith has negative consequences and this observation consolidates my faith. I can't prove it to you, there are too many variables at play although I could quote longevity in terms of an observation study. People have been experiencing the faith I describe for centuries and centuries and there is concrete archeological evidence to confirm that. It's impossible for me to prove to you that Genesis is history. The essence of faith is accepting something to be true without observable concrete evidence. You seem to be demonstrating a faith in secular science despite the limitations you describe above. I applaud the Christian scientists in their endeavour but they are subject to the exact same challenges as conventional secular scientists. We learn when we embark on an honest journey aimed at discovering the truth. My journey is towards the narrow gate!
@@UpthePottingShed My problem with your post is that the things you hopefully consider are able to somehow be recovered to science. They won't. They are disproven beyond repair. You have confused your tradition, exegesis doctrine, your actual exegesis and the way it is managed is somehow truth. It is not.
How does this account make sense w layering of fossils, which correspond with different periods of cataclysmic events, millions of years between them... ? And diatomaceous earth is plentiful.. after all

Interesting comment. From what I have read in the Bible, Eden was a garden. After Adam and Eve sinned and were in the East of Eden, Cain went away from the presence of the LORD and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden. There are a few other places mentioned besides Eden. Just curious where you got the info that the whole land was called Eden. I do agree that Pangea is a secular name.

I got to think alot of carnivorous animals didn't get many meals the first couple of years. The cat couldn't eat the mouse because then there would be no future mice.
Animals probably ate corpses, piles of vegetation that floated, insects and any growth from when Noah waited for the ground to dry. Plants also probably grew twice as fast, so while the animals may have ate some sprouting plants the rest of the landscape they didn't eat would thicken within 3 weeks. It would take a few years for full predation.
Do you realize that the circumstances you explain, means The Ark had to be a very exceptional vessel to withstand everything that you are explaining. 50 meter waves. 200km/h+ winds. Global volcanic activity, making the breathable air contaminated. Seems the Ark was way more advanced than just a wooden box....
Tidal waves are not felt in the open ocean. Ash would have been washed out of the air by constant rainfall in the first 40 days. Man-made structures, including boats, have survived hurricane force winds for all of human history and captains will sometimes put out to sea to ride out a hurricane rather than stay near shore or in a port. The S. Korean Navy (Dr. Seon Hong) conducted a study in 1993 and found that no hull shape, of twelve considered, significantly outperformed that of the Ark, which has the same basic ratios as a modern cargo ship and the study confirms that Ark could withstand waves up to 100 ft (30 meters) high without capsizing.

The so called instability of modern science is why it works so well.
