Khana khaate wakt koi mudra nahi karni hai. Khaane se pehle 5 min aur khane ke baad 5 min Tak koi mudra nahi karni hai. Khane ke pehle aur khane ke 15 min baad agar aap shun mudra karte hain, to isse khaana pachne me aasaani milegi. Mudra ka adhik faayda padmasana ya sukhaasan me lambi gehri saasein lete hue hota hai. Mudra karne se pehle 9 baar deep breathing kare, positive thinking kare, soft music bajaa sakte hai background me, ya keval apni saanson par dhyaan kendrit kare. Shun mudra i.e. thumb touching the folded ring finger should not be done for morr than 5 to 10 minutes because it raises blood pressure rapidly. Left hand ki mudra ka right sided sharir par asar padta hai and vice versa. Remember that Gyan mudra karne ke turant baad apaan mudra nahi karni..same ways koi bhi vipreet mudraayen ek ke baad ek turant nahi karni hai, Kam se Kam ek ghante ka gap rakhkar kare.
