Murder Of The Universe is split into 3 chapters. This is the third (though it doesn't include the opening exposition track), telling the story of Han-Tyumi, the last person on Earth to be born human before becoming a cyborg. He's upset that he isn't human, and that he can't feel human feelings or do human things. He eventually realises there are two things that humans can do that a cyborg never could: vomiting and dying. Being a cyborg, he's never been sick and he is immortal. So he creates a "human machine" that just constantly voms everywhere. The machine, of course, hates Han-Tyumi for making this happen, and Han-Tyumi gets mad at the machine for "having no love for" him. He merges with the machine, and just endlessly vomits until he overtakes the entire planet, solar system and eventually entire universe.
This used to be Stu's favorite King Gizzard album, but was overtaken by Butterfly 3000 for obvious reasons (unless they're not obvious reasons, in which case, a lot of the album was written about his daughter and him becoming a father. Speaking of, he also recently had a son!)
I've been obsessed with this album recently, but not really this chapter of it. The songs are great, the instrumentation, and the lyrics are crazy, but I guess I just don't want to hear about vomit too much. The album's great though. Chapter 2 (The Lord of Lightning VS Balrog) and this chapter both have music videos, so maybe checl those out. Unfortunately Chapter 1 doesn't, but there are some videos that combine all of the tracks into one.

The Altered Beast Saga is my favorite movement off MOTU. Such a primal and deadly, cyclical story told through ever-shifting odd signatures and polyrhythms.
