- Take your yoga off the yoga mat and into the kitchen with this traditional Yogi Tea tutorial! Yogi Tea is a delightful warming beverage that promotes optimal health. It aids in digestion, strengthens the nervous system and gives you energy. It can support joint health, gut health and even mental health. Yogi tea is also a great preventative measure for colds, flu and allergies.
This aromatic tea brings me back to my youth, my yoga teacher training days. I also feel like I'm honoring all the great yogis and teachers each time I make it. Make a big batch and share it with others. Store it in the fridge and enjoy hot or cold. I hope you enjoy! Let me know how it goes down below!
You'll need:
A large pot
A strainer
Another pot or container for your tea.
Adriene's recipe for two quarts:
15 whole cloves
20 black peppercorns
3 sticks of cinnamon
20 whole cardamon pods (split pods first)
8 ginger slices (no need to peel)
1/2 teaspoon of black tea, or one small bag
2 quarts water
Love
Milk of your choice
Honey to taste

I love Adriene, seems like world is ok when she is "around"
right??
So true!
Yes. I found her early, way before the pandemic so I love watching the years roll by and every morning, there is Adrienne to say "be kind to your body".
Adriene , what the hell are you doing to me?!
I'm an out of shape older dude who decided that I should try yoga to get more flexible and (hopefully) more at peace.
That's when I found you.
I've been doing this yoga thing for about a month now (currently in the middle of 30 day challenge). I find your method to be very intuitive(it's like you're watching me!) and your voice very soothing.
NEVER did I think I would be able to stretch the way you have me doing!
I'm also way more aware of my body and what it's doing, even when I'm not doing yoga!
Now you've really done it though!
I went from beer drinking and natcho eating to actually getting excited about making TEA! TEA!?
What's next? Meditation?!!
Thank you Adriene.
I don't know if you can fathom how far reaching your videos have become, but they have made a wonderful difference in this Canadian's heart. And for that I thank you and send Love and positive energy your way.
P.S.
I also like your quirky sense of humor!
Haha! Thank you, friend. Enjoy your tea!
+ Renaider Since I'm in the same position (older, not in perfect shape) and working up to doing some of the practises, can I ask which ones you started with? I know there are some videos for beginners, but they're not so short, and some short ones (6-7 mins) that are not for beginners.
Fin O'Suilleabhain, I too found the beginner videos a little long and somewhat hard to do. Even sitting cross legged was difficult.
But I decided that the beginning videos were made for that purpose , so they are where I started. I believe Adriene has two of them?
All I did was listen to her saying "do what you're capable of and find your own way".
I did this and now I can pretty much follow along as quickly as she goes, I just am not as flexible as I'd like, but that has improved greatly!
There were times where I took breaks and/or paused the video.
The Yoga stuff is hard!
One added benifit is that I am way more aware of what my body is feeling. Even outside of yoga!
I'll be climbing stairs and thinking "OK, how is my hip? How are The knees ? Am I breathing?" Stuff like that.
I moved on from beginner to specific videos , like 'Yoga for your back' Or 'Yoga for healing". 'Yoga for flexibility'. These are all , I find ,less stressful than a full Yoga workout. And now , I'm trying the 30 dy Yoga challenge. Probably gonna take 40 days :-0
Good Luck!!
I love it!!!!!
+ Renaider ... OK, you survived so I'll go for one of those. I just wonder whether if I did anything stretchy for 20 minutes without working up to it I might strain something, so maybe I'll do half as a test. I'm making myself sound more decrepit than I am. I do bike and walk. It's just the muscular thing, without preparation or quite knowing what I'm doing. But in Adriene - with her cardomom pods as Ginger Rogers' offspring quirkiness - we trust. Thank you kindly for responding - greetings from England to you over in Canada.
I too worried about the stretching and , perhaps, pulling a muscle or two. I am 53 years of age and fairly active as well. Though I can't remember the last time I ran!I am sporting a pot belly and not (as I said) at all flexible. Thus my venture into Yoga.I didn't warm up at all for my first beginner video because I hoped that Adriene knew what she was doing and I was right!Like I said, just listen to her. It really is like she's watching you! (no I don't have a Samsung T.V.!) Just when I feel something tightening , she'll say " and make sure to be aware of your (pick a body part)....If it's feeling tight take a break'.Anyway I'm probably well into overkill now, but I really am impressed with these videos and Adriene. It's made me feel so much better and I can ALMOST touch my toes now! Good day from the Common Wealth!Namaste.
I saw this video at a time when we decided to stop drinking alcohol. It has been a life saver. I truly think positive thoughts over the boiling water, then ask a blessing over the dancing spices. I haven’t even craved wine since your yogi tea became an option. Feeling truly grateful for this, your other yoga videos, and for you.
it could be the PMS, but your caring nature brings tears to my eyes. watching you make this tea makes me feel so cared for. you are the most genuine human in the public eye. i cant thank you enough for what your presence does for me. im sitting here sobbing even tho youre just making tea, but its so much more than that!
Beverly Jones you totally brought to the point, it is so much more than making tea. Your comment was written a year ago, so you might never read this but if you fo I hope you are still sticking with Adriene. All the best to you all the way from Switzerland
@@511Cloud thank you!
First day of my moon and I'm balling at all of her videos. In this one in particular I wish I was there enjoying some tea with her 🖤 what a beautiful soul
haha same I'm welling up thinking is it the video or is it the oestrogen
Oh man Beverly, I thought it was just me! Thank you for sharing gentleness, abundance, and yummy recipes with us, Adriene! Namaste, my friends :-)
I am from India, we call it masala tea, and I drink it like crazy if I feel cold coming. World like a charm. Also cinnamon is amazing with increasing metabolic rate!
But in India we add lots of milk and sugar during the cooking process and no honey.
@@sun4502 in masala black tea we do not add milk and we do add honey... We also call it Kadha- made to drink when we are sick
lol i think its a Kadha with tea powder. and plus rather than honey i prefer jaggery in it.
Isn't masala tea what we call chai (masala chai)? I guess maybe they're the same in India, but it was introduced to the west through 2 different avenues so people started calling them different things here?
0:41 she says right at the intro it’s similar to chai, just without the milk & sugar 😘
Who else would love to see a skincare video from Adrienne?!
i would! her skin glows!
I follow your yoga videos. I could wte pages on how much it helped me . But I have another question now I clicked cause I saw yogi tea , I messaged yogi tea on Facebook ( a very simple question but they don't respond ,) If anyone is familiar with the yogi green tea detox , I drink green tea as we all know it aids in fat loss contains egcg etc. Is the yogi green tea detox regular green tea just with added ingredients/ benefits.
@@jasonmiller2089 yes, I have it and if I remember correctly it has dandelion root, lemongrass, etc as well as the green tea. It's basically just green tea with other supporting herbs, that are good for cleansing and detoxing.

“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
🥰
Its called masala chai here in India and we drink it almost everyday or few times a day :D , we really are chai lovers ! ( chai is the hindi word for tea )
I think what she is trying to show is the "yogic" version of masala chai.
One of the (many) things I love about this channel is that no one ever makes a nasty comment (unless they are removed???) Has anyone else notices that? I find on some channels people really make such terrible and even crude comments, uncalled for, unnecessary and unkind. The genuine, kind and happy comments just adds to the FG of it all. Namaste.
We have a beautiful community here!
Suzi Seha yes I have noticed that a lot here....it's awesome
@Leafly: Too bad that is most definitely not always the case. Many people with good intentions have met the worst people with bad intentions. But its a nice thought though.
@the original poster: I think its because most people that go to these videos want to benefit from the class/video , since its not a random video that attracts generic public.
Anyway im here (commenting) a year after you hahah time is weird;) peace!
I feel nobody makes those comments because she's amazing!!! When I'm having a rough day she always says something in her video that makes me laugh. I love her for that!
There is only love here. After all it is one of the ingredients!
Hi Adrienne! I am 12 years old and this tea was sooo heartwarming! I also really appreciate you doing yoga lessons! I was introduced to your channel by my school and after every lesson, I felt so much calmer. My favorite yoga session was the Gratitude one! What was your favorite lesson?
Hey random stranger im extermeely happy you got to find yoga at such a young age! I would put bets on you doing alot of good. Bless
You're going to reach good places if you continue this mindset kiddo. How absolutely refreshing and so so wonderful to see such a beautiful, mature, and insightful comment from someone so young. As someone who had just started yoga at about 22, 3 years ago, I can honestly give you the advice of if you've started now, please stick with it! It will do your mind, body, and soul, the world of good. Love and light to you ❤️
@@bs3929 thank youuu 😍😍Im 22 😍😍and i do adriene yoga
Some advice from somebody who works at a gourmet tea shop!
I would recommend loose leaf black tea leaves, which for optimum taste should be brewed at 90°C (or 195°F) for 4 minutes and then removed (they can be reused if you like!). So perhaps boil your spices, allow the water to cool to 90 degrees then add your black tea leaves and strain after 4 minutes.
Can't wait to try this one out, especially as up here in the subarctic spiced black teas are always a welcome winter warmer.
This is great. I'd love to see more of "Cooking with Adriene" :D
"You can just watch the seeds dance" - you are so cute!! ☺️
Your yoga videos are great, obviously, but these random interludes out of the studio are really special. Your way of being, for lack of better terms, is truly inspiring. Your peace, love, and tranquility seems to radiate.
I feel like I miss this woman even though she doesn't know me. So glad I found your page. So much love from Philippines!
Loving this one "HOME" in 2020
me too:)
Was relaxing today thank you
I just made this. YUMMO~ thank you for sharing. I absolutely love your videos. It cost me $6.38 and I have enough to make like 5 batches. I am so glad that you share your workouts on you tube. I am partially disabled, suffer from Lupus and Sjogren's syndrome, and on a very fixed income. My dad pays for my internet. Yoga keeps me sane and having a virtual connection to you and the rest of the "find what feels good" family around the world has really helped my sanity. THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIENE
I have autoimmune issues and just want to say go you, those 2 illnesses are a lot to manage and you are doing amazing!
As a Harry Potter fan, I got really excited when she said, don't cut but crush the seeds with the flat part of the knife. Very half blood prince 😂
yas another potterhead hear too!!
Exactly what I thought! Potions class a la Adriene
Me too! I thought that exactly! Lol.
I love Harry Potter!
First thing I thought!
Adrienne I've stopped yoga when my yogi moved to China more than 2 years ago. Since then I couldn't find a yogi I could gel with or just was not the same as my previous yogi. I moved into a slump until lockdown happened and a really got depressed and stressed. I stumbled upon your page and checked out your beginner classes and was hooked instantly. You remind me so much of her and what I love is that there is not pressure to do the poses perfectly and to feel what I love and how I love to do it.... No other person to judge me I do it at my pace and can feel how I grow every day. I love the fact that there is a class for almost every mood and ailment!! The change it made to my life I cannot describe to you. I've been sharing this experience with all my sister friends! Thank you sooooooo much!!
I just feel this soothing caring energy coming from her, if I am ever a mom, I want to bring this energy to my kids, and make them this tea if they're not feeling well, physically or mentally. And make the house smell of this tea. Thank you Adriene :)
Just an idea, but how fun would it be to have "tea" videos where you just talk with your audience? I would LOVE tea time with you!
oh little did you know....😂
Thank you for reminding that small acts of daily chores can be profoundly serene as well if we are a bit more patient, calm n positive. Bite sized portions to deal the world. Thank you for being you :)
Wow, I was so sore after yesterday's movement that I didn't know how I would get through today. Yet for some reason I felt more in control and centered than yesterday! I felt very connected to my core and full of warmth. Yoga is such a breath of fresh air and exactly what I need right now, I am so happy!! (and super sore...)
You posted this on my birthday 3 years ago. Since I had a super lame Covid isolation bday, and nobody seemed to care for me except my mom that day, I’m considering this video a birthday gift from the gods.
You are an incredible person, I've only been watching you for 7 days as I am currently doing your 30 day yoga challenge.. I wish I had opened my mind years ago as I've found myself being able to breathe properly if that makes sense to you.. My out look on life is more positive. I'm finding it hard to gather the words to describe how your videos have made me feel and live my life. But from the bottom of my heart *THANKYOU VERY MUCH SENDING LOVE POSITIVE VIBES FROM DUNEDIN NEW ZEALAND*
Namaste my friend. It's probably perfect timing. xooxo
Namaste from Wellington New Zealand! Yay for another Kiwi YWA Yogi!
Im in the middle of 31 day Yoga Revolution. I'm really glad i found your channel. Thank you very much!! you are awesome
feeling exactly the same way
GO NEW ZEALAND!!!!
Adriene, I’m toward the end of your thirty day challenge. I’m a little late because I had my fifth baby in the fall (or....am I ahead;) my body is responding SO well to your classes! I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer three years ago and I have since been practicing your videos around daily life. I’ve taken a holistic approach to my health conditions and am seeing so many beautiful improvements. I love your quirky, witty sense of humour, love how you laugh at the things you say and yet you open up some serious deep waters of spiritual connection and healing, I can be very goofy and silly which is why I think of all the yoga classes I’ve tried, yours is the most fun and easy for me to return too:) I’m a Christian and I feel God using your videos to really just teach me more about how He designed my body and it’s healing mechanism, it’s all connected; body, mind and soul:) So thank you so much for taking your time to do this for all of us! Today I am making this tea, my husband and kids really enjoy it too!
Sending love from Alberta, Canada :)
I’m recovering from surgery at the moment and having some really painful bloating as an after effect from General Anaesthetic. My mum made this for me yesterday and it sorted me right out!
Same situation here, making it right now!
I'm so jealous, of COURSE her kitchen is this cute. i love u so much Adriene :')
I watched this video last week and instantly started getting all the ingredients! Made my first batch yesterday and oh my, what a treat!!! So easy to make. I'll be making another batch today as the first one is nearly gone. Can't wait to share it with my daughter. Thank you, Adriene for all the ways you positively touch my life!
I absolutely adore that you hover over your boiling cauldron of yogi tea murmuring to yourself about how the peppercorns dance like some beautiful witch.
My supermarket down in my building has the whole section of Indian herbs, seeds, spices etc. This recipe is definitely inspiring me to explore more that section 😊 thanks Adrienne 🌼
Thank you. Realize you made this 3years ago and it’s still bringing calm and goodness to my home now (:
I'm so excited to try this recipe. Adriene, you are giving me SO many tools to get through this scary time. Sending you love from Wyoming!
Before I started this, I was a self-described hater of yoga. One of my friends convinced me to do it to have something to do at home and I almost said no because I thought yoga just wasn't my thing. As I got further into the journey, I found it easier and easier to release the negativity I was holding onto and give myself up to the practice.
At the start of today's video, I was extremely apprehensive about you turning off the mic because I wasn't sure if I could trust my instincts and have a fulfilling practice, especially without your voice in my head to distract me from overthinking things. By about three minutes in, I was totally lost in my movements and found myself completing the routine without any problems from my body or my mind. I was completely shocked that I was able to fill such a long span of time with my own movements and without any direction.
This journey truly did wonders for my flexibility, strength, and balance. But beyond that, I feel like it has made me a better and more mindful person. I feel more capable of looking inward and more comfortable with reflection, which I find is typically a very uncomfortable place for me to be since I'm 23 and very much still figuring myself out. This truly has helped me grow towards the person I want to become. Thank you so much.
Hi Adrienne thank you for being so calm and inspirational in your yoga classes. I've done 4 sessions over the past week having begun your 30 day challenge. After just 4 days I can honestly say I woke up this morning a different person. I had the best sleep I've had in years and felt remarkably straight and upright with no usual stiffness in my lower back. I felt that I could breathe more easily and feel 2" taller! Can't wait to continue this challenge and feel young again!
I absolutely love you Adriene. I wake up to your videos and it makes me feel beautiful for the rest of the day. I really want you to share your journey with yoga, how you started and the whole process, with all of us.
Try making this with rooibos tea (for no caffeine) and canned organic coconut milk (thicker consistency, like cream)!
Amber Magnolia wow this sounds scrumptious!
Thank you for that tip!
Thanks for saying that! I was really bummed because I am caffeine free, but now I can try it! can't wait!
YUM!!!!
thanks for the tip! i love rooibos! its a great antioxidant and supposedly helps with headaches too.
Just to clarify caffeine is the first thing to release from teabags, after that it's just tannins. So after about a minute your tea is as caffeinated as it will get - boiling for longer will not increase caffeine. however it will decrease overall volume which increases the relative caffeine bit that could be easily fixed by adding more water. If you really want less caffeine sit the teabags in a separate cup of boiling water for 30seconds then throw away this water and use the teabags. Reference Twinnings
good to know!
Green tea has just as much caffeine as black tea unfortunately x
Yes plus bitterness after about 3-6
Oh my gosh! This is a fantastic piece of knowledge. Caffeine has an awful impact on my body so I will definitely take this method into consideration.
@@katiemumford3020 green tea actually has a 1/3rd of the amount of caffeine, but still has caffeine. its definitely lower though.
The seasons are changing, and as the clocks go back tonight this is a wonderful tea to make start this chilly weekend . My home smells incredible now.
I love the vibe of these sessions. It’s getting me back into yoga. I love that Benji is in the videos🐾🐶
Love enjoying my yogi tea each morning at work - takes me back to my yoga state of mind from the day before! And I thought the "love" part was a little hokey, until I realized that I think of it each time I pour a cup and it puts a smile on my face. Feeling my Day 2 intentions in little ways like this ever since. Thanks, Adriene!
Adriene, I just want to say thank you for your videos.💗 After attempting for years to create a daily yoga practice, I can officially say that with the help from your videos, I have successfully been able to keep a daily yoga routine going for the past 2 months. Keep on keepin' on! Namaste. 🌹✌
Adrien Your sense of humor just lights me up, I've been following your videos for a few weeks and you are so darn personable and relaxing!
I make this tea regularly now, and it really makes my day calmer and brighter -- the preparation, the deep breath, the drinking, the aroma... Thanks, Adriene!
I’m definitely going to make this tea! As a beekeeper, I must offer some advice on the honey addition ... you might consider adding the soy milk before adding the honey - reason being, you may otherwise very likely halt the pure goodness the honey has to offer with the high temperature of the delicious freshly brewed tea. ☕️🥛🍯
You are such a dear....I've been making this tea for many years , it works great at combating allergies and tastes so good!
In the Kundalini lineage, we are taught to lightly toast the herbs (minus the ginger) in a pan first before adding the water. Love how this brings out the oils and a nutty quality.
I just love you A - you are so heartfelt in your teachings and I'm continually learning and loving myself more.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Adriene! I started with you 2.5 month ago, I had a tuff time, mentally tuff, and i dicided that i need more yoga in my life, I found you mytruelove)))) I felt like a blown candel, usually I am easy taikin it easy, but that moment I coudn't sreve to love and kindeness anymore, I started 30 days of yoga, than youga revolution, and now I am on True jorney! I apprciate you Adriene, Thank you for helping me russian girl in US to not give up and keep on beeng life light for my husband and kids. Sennding you all my love and positive vibes. Namaste
Keep on it !!! you can do it ! thats why the whole community is here for supporting each other !!!
Found this after doing Day 4 of Home! Can’t wait to try it.
I love how yoga is not only about what is happening on the mat. I would love also to hear about your other recipes or daily life "yoga hacks". thanks for sharing!
Thank you Adriene for your beautiful presence and sharing your yoga. When I am at home, just hearing your voice before we start our practice is enough to calm me. From one yogi to another, Nameste xx
Thanks Adriene
Thank you for sharing this recipe, I can not wait to make it. You are so awesome Adriene! I love your videos!
Thanks for sharing this deeply personal yoga tea recipe. Your passion for this tea exudes joy and comfort and it’s such an honor for you to share it with us.
You inspire me Adriene! I have a hard time with motivation and keeping my energy up. There are days depression and anxiety take over. But I turn you on, and you change my mindset. Thank you for being on You Tube and totally accessible at all times to all!
I adore tea - and yoga.. so this is wonderful. Thank you so much for the recipe, Adrienne. It was lovely to have a different kind of video from you :)
I'm really enjoying these videos!!! The random not mat ones :))
I am really enjoying this tea, thank you Adriene! I've made this about 10 times and highly recommend toasting the black pepper, cloves, and cardamom over low heat in a skillet while the water is coming to a boil and you are slicing the ginger. I didn't do this once and noticed a difference! It's a simple step that will enhance the richness of the tea. Enjoy!
Do you realized how much you are LOVED dear Adriene? ❤️
SO TRUE! I wish I could meet her in person and tell her myself!
drinking and making yogi tea's so relaxing and satisfying
Definitely going to try this, looks so good! Love your video's btw, your energy is just so calming 😊
Adrienne, thank you for your healing work, especially the lightness and humor you bring to it. After 20+ years of practice, I enjoy the easy-breezy way you teach and make yoga accessible for all. Namaste, Friend
your yoga videos have changed my life. Ive been doing yoga for one month non stop and my body already feels so different! Stronger and toned, I feel more relaxed and energetic and i am always just looking forward to my little yoga sessions everyday. Thanks for sharing this Adrienne. Can't wait to try this and fill my house with that beautiful aroma! Bless you, my dear friend. I love your channel and practice your various videos and challenges regularly. Love your honesty and humor. xo
Love this tea recipe! Definitely going to make it. Thanks for sharing! xx
I took some of my first ever yoga classes in the late 90s at Yoga Yoga in Austin. They served this exact recipe at the end of class - it was lovely. I have been making this tea for 20 years now. Love it.
Still making this lovely concoction. Very soothing to the soul. Thanks for all you do Adriene!
I wish I had a friend like you where I live. I love everything you do and say. Thank you for sharing this tea with us. I'm going to the store to get some of the ingredients I don't already have. Love to you and that Benji boy ;-)
I can't wait to try this with my best friend - something we can share with each other on our yoga journeys. Thanks so much! xx
Oh my goodness. I just made this for the first time and not only was it a beautiful experience, my house smells incredible and it tastes almost spiritual. Thank you for the gorgeous recipe Adriene. 🙏
I made it last night for my partner and I. Today I'm making another batch. Delicious

Thank you for sharing the recipe! I would love to see more videos like this! :)
Mariana Demireva me too
You should check out her instagram stories, though! They sometimes feature recipies and lots of Benji's adventures.
The tea did, in fact, smell oh so fantastic when I was making it! It tasted ok plain, but jut a dash of full fat coconut milk made it taste amazing! I think I may have (finally) found my coffee replacement, I just hope I didn't take that sample taste too late in the day... ;-)
I just want to say thank you so much always🌹
Thank you Adrienne. wishing you the best and complimenting you on your generous sharing of all your videos. has made a big difference for me. God bless you and family always!
Thank you! This was perfect today - first your "yoga for a cold" practice and then this tea.
Love the way u shared the recipe ... its soothing , breath in ... n breath out haaaaaaaaa lots of love out for Adriene
Namaste :)
Doing 30 days of YwA to kick off 2020, practicing with my beloved Adriene, and came across this video, which made all my tea dreams come true. H O L Y Yogi tea! It’s AMAZING - spicy and warm and totally customizable. Not sure how I missed this until now, but dang, it was worth the wait. With every sip I’m just feeling so grateful for you, Adriene, and I have been taking my practice with me all day for the last seven days in such a new way. Thank you for all the love you give through your practice to the world! Your vibes transcend the screen. 💕 ya!
I have been following your videos since 3 years. and a lot of changes on me. I love the way of your presentation. It is so easy and relaxing and the voice is guiding us. Thank you, and you are doing a great job for the world. Keep doing and God bless you.
lovely video, I think you should also do a series on interior design, your kitchen is beautiful!
Thanks Andy! I def practice FWFG in my home.
I like the idea of making the ea (or any food) with love. Thank you for that because I am just about to make lunch! Also I love the idea of just enjoying what you're doing, like watching the ingredients dance in the pot! Thank you for reminding me what life is all about!
Watch the movie Like Water for Chocolate if you want to see something about how our moods affect the food we make... ;)
Adriene you are so inspiring! More videos like this would b so great. The way you approach everyday things in life is such a breath of fresh air :)
Adriene, I LOVE this tea!!! I drink it every single morning, best way to take a quiet moment before the craziness begins. Thank you for sharing your peace and joy.
So awesome. Thank you for sharing with us.
I add bay leaves too. Gives an amazing smell 😊
CanvasLid good idea 😁
I always make my own masala chai. I'll definitely try that next time!
Finally found a very nice UA-cam Channel with an amazing person, positive minds, positive & inspiring comments. This is the perfect recipe to make people feel great, and that's very not common nowadays on internet ! Thank you for everything !!
Thank you for the recipe below! I was scrambling to write it as you were talking! Love and peace!🥰
My mouth was watering as I watched you make that tea, haha looks so good adriene! Can't wait to try myself
Such a beautiful video. It would be great to see other lifestyle, daily practices, etc type videos on occasion. : )
magnificent... so excited to try this and to take my tea game to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! TY Adriene!!!
Tried it for the first time today! I was pleased to discover that following this recipe fits perfectly into my teapot, so I don't need to alter these portions. Just what I need to help cleanse the system, thanks Adriene!
I looooovvvve this!!!! Adriene can this be a thing?? I'd love to know more of your recipes! 🤞🏽
Hey Adriene :) So I love almond milk too, but I encourage you to look into the carrageenan additive that Almond Breeze uses. It's a gut irritant, so it could be undoing all the great benefits of the herbs in the tea as far as digestion/bloating/gas/etc. Just a heads up! Definitely making this tea ASAP, it looks wonderful.
This recipie is genius! Love the spice and extra pow when I take a sip. The flavors are really there and fresh ginger gives an extra oomph! Thank you for sharing this.
I’m loving making this during lockdown. The whole process relaxes me sooo much! I hope I’ll continue to when this is all over. Thank you Adriene! ☺️
