    Ingredients:
    *For the Pasta:*
    - 200 grams of pasta (penne, fettuccine, or any type you prefer)
    - Water for boiling
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1 teaspoon olive oil
    *For the White Sauce:*
    - 2 tablespoons butter
    - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    - 2 cups milk
    - 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan, cheddar, or a mix)
    - Salt to taste
    - Black pepper to taste
    - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
    *Additional Ingredients:*
    - 1 tablespoon olive oil
    - 1 small onion, finely chopped
    - 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 cup vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, peas, mushrooms) - optional
    - 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
    - Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. *Cook the Pasta:*
    - Boil water in a large pot with salt and a teaspoon of olive oil.
    - Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
    - Drain the pasta and set it aside.
    2. *Prepare the White Sauce:*
    - In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
