Hello Ussif, Where I live there are too much RFI Noise. The IC7300 doesn't do a good job in eliminating it and that's why I'm using the Anan 200d and the Anan G2. They do a very nice job in eliminating the RFI Noises.

. Thank you. Very nice walk through on setting up the water fall. Do you have any other set up/ customization tips?

Hmmm, not at the moment. Maybe band edges. I'll make a video on it later. I've been busy flying lately.

Great vanity callsign. Only a few will understand the VFR suffix! Great video. '73 and keep the blue side up. / Steve

Thank you Stephen! Yeah, it took a while for this vanity callsign to open up. The owner didn't renew it.

Great video! Thanks for the information as I’m thinking about getting a 7300 for its simple use and cost.. Are you still enjoying it my friend? Everyone is saying that the Yaesu FTDX-10 is better. I think the Yaesu would be to much radio for what I’m going to be using it for. What would be your thoughts if you do not mind me asking. Thanks and 73!

Thank you Jason. I really love my 7300 and 7610. Sure that Yaesu has better noise rejection and better at receiving signals. I like the customizable of the waterfall on the Icom vs Yaesu. You won't regret it if you buy the 7300. The audio with the stock mike is very good too. Let me know what you end up getting.

@@DarrenN4VFR Thanks Capt Darren for the reply. I will let you know as it would be my first HF radio and don’t want to spend to much money if I’m not going to be using all the bells and whistles on the Yaesu for me just getting my first HF rig and I do like Icoms user friendly interface. I have a Icom 5100 and have had a ID-51HT like them both very well. 73 for now KF5VSM!

Well my friend crazy story! I actually won a 7300 a few weeks ago from a local ham store I deal with. I ask about upgrading to a little bit better receiver and paid the difference not to much more and got the Yaesu FTDX-10 since I’m in a pretty big city and maybe have a better front end on the radio noise ratio. . Hope I made the right choice? I haven’t hooked it up as of yet. . Still need to get a HF antenna and like the Zero Five you have been using. I’m in a small HOA and on the board actually. 😂 Like the idea that you can lay the Zero Five over when not in use. I follow your channel faithfully. Appreciate your thoughts my friend. Thanks and 73! KF5VSM.

@@jasonritchey8610 Wow, Congrats on winning the 7300 and upgrading to the FTDX10. I believe you will have a better receiver on the Yaesu and better noise rejection. I like both my 101MP which I sold and now have the 7610. Keep in mine, when your watching my videos and you see me using the 7610. I'm actually at my home QTH which is listed in QRZ. And when you see me on the 7300, I'm at my other QTH. I kept the 7610 because it has a built in server which I can operate remotely using the RSBA1 software. I now replaced my Zero Five 27' HOA with the 43' version. Wow, that antenna is super tall. I will take my Zero Five 27' HOA with me to Texas. 73's and catch you on the air on 40 meters.

@@DarrenN4VFR I just saw your video today on you preparing for the new Zero Five antenna and made a comment to you about that on that video. I do not know if I could get away with the 43’ would probably have to do the 27’ HOA like you have now. Wow, my QTH is in Texas also listed in QRZ, cool! KF5VSM 73!
