That’s a lot of people’s head canons, and quite frankly it’s stupid. Dale is neither intelligent nor vindictive enough to do that. You know the relationship between Dale and John Redcorn is so well written. It's cringey, heartwarming, and ultimately heartbreaking. John Redcorn has continually disrespect Dale, but Dale has always respected John Redcorn. Dale helped John Redcorn with his band, his solo career, getting his own land, and even calls John Redcorn by his full name almost at all times. It was so great to see him apologize to Dale (and the viewers knowing what he was really apologizing for)...but still.

It's demonstrated time and again that Dale is overly suspicious except in situations where he actually should be, not just with Nancy but with other things. (that or he is suspicious but reaches the wrong conclusion, like when he thinks Joseph is an alien) I don't see any reason to believe that Dale is lying to Nancy when he says that he believes John Redcorn is her gay friend.

There were once two very intelligent animals
God admired their tenacity and intuition
he had guided them to the oasis that they now shared
      God called them
      Ari and Kea
These were the first two people

Overtime the male and female grew more and more comfortable with each other
They would leave gifts for one another
It gave them great pleasure to provide for the other
The Woman would conceive a way to record all the gifts that the hunter had left for her each day
She developed a simple counting system that began with one

I always found it kind of sad that even though a spotlight is never shone on it, you can sorta tell Nancy isn't too happy about her secret relationship with John Redcorn. Sure, he's a handsome and great lover, but she never seems to enjoy his presence past the sex which sort of crops up more often the longer the series went on.
In it's own way it's kinda sweet that ultimately she doesn't love anyone like she loves Dale. It's just fucked up it takes her being with another man to really show that.

I pose you this question; what does Dale have to gain by outing it or breaking it up? Nancy, for all intents and purposes, loves Dale and supports him, despite a lack of performance in certain areas. Dale is secure and okay with not being able to satisfy Nancy is some ways, because John Redcorn can do that for him. Joseph loves and respects Dale as his one and only father, and will never look John Redcorn's way as an adult, nor carry on the traditions John holds so dear.
Dale is _happy_ with the dynamic they share.
John Redcorn is _miserable_ because of it.
Dale knows, and has nothing to gain, and everything to lose. He's happy with that.

There was _one_ other woman he definitely had sex with, and _did_ father a child with, and likely others by his own admission, but the "night off" stuff has nothing to do with anything about other women. John Redcorn was just tired that night, and didn't want to sleep with Nancy or _anyone_ that night, and he never brings anything like that up again.
As for the pornstar thing, he was _going_ to go there, presumably for an award or because he got an invite, but the HIlls had to leave Bobby with him, so he couldn't. He understood though, it seems...
As for the massage thing, he _does_ legitimately have that as an occupation, as well as running some Native American stuff on his land once Dale helped with that. Peggy went to him, and he is listed as a legitimate massage business, as did Hank (that was _way_ too awkward for both of them), and Dale even went to him to help him get his land back, but got a crick in his neck, so John gave him some free neck rubs to help him out.

EDIT: I realized that, given how many times Dale has considered or tried to murder people, including Hank and Boomhauer, I think they fear that if they told him, it'd be the thing that makes him finally snap for real. They don't want him murdering Nancy, John Redcorn, or worse still, Joseph.
I dunno what's worse, having a cheaitng wife or having friends that refuse to tell you the truth. What kinda bros would do that?

Dale's happier that way. They've seen what divorce can do through Bill.

If I have friends and spouse like that, I would cut ties with all of them. People who cares about you won't see you get hurt.

I feel they don't tell him because they know what type of person he is and that it would probably destroy him

John Redcorn: “I’d also like to make a toast. To the white man who steels out land and steels our sons.” 🍺
Dale: “To the white man!” 🍻
