From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesly and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

The office shares one braincell. Usually Jim, Pam, Darryl and Oscar have it. Toby, Angela and Dwight play pingpong with it occasionally. Erin, Andy, Meredith, Kevin, Michael, Ryan and Kelly have it once a year. Karen took the second braincell with her when she left. Creed is above needing one at all

I think it's just a moment where everyone realizes how much younger she is than them/how she's a bit of an outsider to their work community.
Not only is she younger than most of the other people in the office, but, she was an orphan/foster child and didn't have a "normal" childhood, or achieve certain life milestones in a "normal" timeline.
That line gets me every time 😂
