the way that they forget that there are two fighters in the octagon is also interesting. He says that Oliveira didn't show up, but the sequence was one that's been repeated in his past 6 or 7 fights. Islam just didn't fear the ground game so he just went down with him.
I think Volk beats Oliveira pretty easy due to that as well.

Poirier says Oliveira didn't show up in Makhachev fight and says he was better in their fight, but despite not worrying about takedowns, Oliveira still got dropped by those strikers Poirier, Gaethje and Chandler. Vs. Makhachev, he was worrying about both striking and takedowns, thus got dropped again but couldn't survive because Makhachev has elite grappling, Poirier and Gaethje didn't.

@@johndenver7035 Just finished the DC interviews, and I watched other UFC fighter's UA-cam channels, and their predictions. I got Dustin winning because I feel like he has more ways of winning than Justin. It can go either way, but Dustin proved himself once before, so why doubt he can do it again?

Charles figured out the secret sauce against Dustin. Teeps and knees in the thai clinch. Boxers are always way to heavy on the feet, lead or rear, especially when throwing with juice. With a very high guard, they're very prone to it. Should be a great fight

It was more like he wanted to take shots at Diaz and Masvidal about their losses while they both turned pro in 2003-2004 years before poirier.
Especially Diaz he is been fighting ufc caliber fighters since he was 19 in 2004.
No one forced them to fight high level if they were not ready, no excuses. Also Poirier could actually beat Oliveira, he just made a big mistake with that roll move, if he didn't Oliveira was getting too much damage on his head, there was like 50 significant strikes to head just in 1 round
