Thanks so much John for such an amazing library. I have only just got Wavestate Native and I m seeing many libraries out there for it and many sound stellar for sure. Your libraries cover amazing territory and go into some very fresh and really interesting places. The bonus patches for both these libraries are amazing to say the least. So playable and expressive I can hardly believe it. I love the straight synth sounds you have made for Wavestate in both of these libraries. They are simply stunning.

OMG what a sound library! Unbelievable! Hope to have similar available either for omnisphere or kontakt as well.
These libraries were originally created FOR Omnisphere 2 when sampling became a reality! So they are available at my site as well - it's a separate license fee to use with the various plug-ins but I keep the costs down to more than fair levels because I have a wonderful customer base that buys from me instead of steals from me. Thank you.

I have yet to install 2.0, however, this library will be my first purchase, once I do. Truly fantastic job with all this work! I use the WS for a lot of ambient work, and this is right up my alley!

Wavestate 2.0 needs RNDIS enabled Im still trying to work out how to get that enabled on Windows 10 its a pain in the ass.

Hey there. Just bought your libraries. Good stuff. You may want to consider mentioning in the "install info" file that the Wavestate Native plugin has to be in "Librarian" mode in order to access the "Import..." menu item. It had me puzzled for a bit. (Until I read the manual - ha!)
With Korg Wave State's 2.0 update, AND PlugInGuru's musically useful MegaMagic Dreams and Pads bundle of samples and patches which include Skippy's real time controller assignments to the Wave State's 8 performance knobs, users will discover a whole new synth inside of their Wave State! Well worth the effort of updating your synth to the Free ver. 2.0 (which adds sample playback and excellent editing software to your Wave State) so you can benefit from PlugIn Guru's 2 new libraries which I can tell were thoughtfully created with composers and players in mind. 5 Stars out of 5 Stars, highly recommended purchase.
Ive updated but can no longer communicate with my Wavestate because I cant for the life of me find RNDIS on my WIN10 PC its going to take a while to get it running but I will eventually get the thing working...Real pain in the ass there isnt a simple installer/enabler for it from microsoft.

I did not think there would be much of a difference and I was so wrong! Playing them from dedicated hardware makes these libraries feel so much more “real”! I’ll be curious if you agree, my friend.

@@PlugInGuruVideo Agreed. See my positive review above. Being able to play the knobs by turning them while playing the keyboard at the same time allows you to time timbre changes more musically.

I was undecided about which of the three Korg's to get but after watching your's and a few other YT video's I'm going to add the WaveState to my arsenal. I thought about holding off for the 61 key WaveState SE, but still no word on a release date.
So there is samples in there do you have a video or ideas on how to use the samples themselves rather than the programs as most of us are kind of new to this sort of thing. Just bought it. awesome quality sounds very impressed

Hello! I just sent you an email that I am hoping you can respond to, but the problem I'm having is:
I just bought the Wavestate MegaMagic Dreams and MegaMagic Pads but there was no bundle available (I think I missed the holiday special) so I separately created a bank for each and then used the librarian to import the performances/presets into the physical Wavestate keyboard. I also loaded performances/presets from other sound designers without any issues (but I did not have to use Sample Builder/Editor). Then I noticed that in the librarian that all MM Dreams performances/presets had no sound when clicked on each one using a mouse - but all MM Pads were OK. So I deleted the Dreams presets in the librarian and then created a bank with the sample editor - and then used the librarian to import the Dreams performances/presets again. Dreams performances now work - but all Pads do not work and the Wavestate keyboard states there is no (none) single multi-sample for each pad. Can you please advise me what to do? Thank you and I'm enjoying your videos!!
do I have to have a computer hooked up to the wavestate to play these sounds, or when I load these sampled sounds are they going directly into the keyboard. I have purchased many libraries for my keyboard(not the ones with additional samples) and they load directly into the keyboard alphabetically in the performance section.
Great question and sorry I did not show this but once they are loaded into the Wavestate, you can turn off your computer. They are preserved in the battery backed RAM. The presets are called up like any other patches.
Can use this on the wavestate vst? Mean the native ?
Great patches ! a question about your 2 libraries : is there one sample by note on the keyboard or do you have only sample the octaves (C1+C2...) and do they have loop point ? thank you

Hi John. Is Bundle not available anymore? I'm getting 'page not found'. If not, I'll buy them separately. I just hope that merging them into a single BANK is problem free (not always the case with Korg).
Bundles are 30% off. Current sale is higher than that so bundle goes away. After tonight you can buy the bundle again but it will cost more than if you buy the libraries separately right now. I don’t do 2x discounts 😊

I would need to discuss this privately to understand this, Daniela. Typically I don’t need written credit when my sounds are used. That is what the paid license provides you. Some do but I don’t.

You will need a computer to transfer the samples and presets INTO Wavestate. After that, they are battery backed and you don't need to be connected to a computer. Cheers!

Can these patches be used with Wavestate Native? I dont have a wavestate synth. Just the native vst.
Absolutely! That's the joy of the way Korg is doing these - the hardware and software are 100% compatible data-wise.

@@shirleys4488 Any synth can do that, it's a random LFO on the volume (Amp) of a sine wave... I haven't programmed that exact patch, sorry.

the reverb on this synth is no good
There are parameters to modify it but I would agree it’s not the best algorithmic reverb out there. Mute it and use your favorite if desired. 😀
