When it comes to helping the physios then these institutes like IAP and even the state councils have deaf ears. I have been following up with both especially with the Haryana State Physio Council about their flawed ruling.. accordning to them they will charge you for 60 months (5 years), but you may end up getting a registration only for 49 months. Per their email: a decision has been taken in the 2nd General Body Meeting of Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy held on dated 07-03-2023 that the date of issue/registration of the certificate will be treated as whole year. This is really shocking and very concerning as well. The entire country and other councils are using the standard of having the valid up-to-date a day less than the issue date (even the driving lic, insurance, etc); which is justified as well; But on the other hand, I am being told that HSCP will treat the valid upto date as the end of the year even if the issue date is in middle of the year.
