After following Allux since 2019 I read more than 20 financial books, 2 credit books, 30 business books, 5 books on passive income. I also moved to another state but found it's not for me so I'm moving back and I also got a car in one day and connected with the only rich millionaire family member I know to mentor me and I actually started making goals and realized that only I control my life

This site has enhanced my life over the past 12 months Iam in better shape, I've grown my own bank account from one to 5 , I've paid off 80,000 in debt , I married a female drill instructor, and I'm certainly braver than I used to be . Also I listen to 3-5 audiobooks a week depending on the length.... in fact I have listened to about 50 books last year alone. I hope to double and triple that number this year, 2 books down so far. Grit by angela duck worth and the 10 x rule by grant cardone this year already. I also took your meditation course. It's nice to go back to every now and then. I struggle to journal . I'm inconsistent now but I'm trying. Thank you alux

The last 12 months have been an extremely heart-wrenching, soul-crushing set of experiences for me. I have grown tremendously over the last 12 months as an entrepreneur, and I continue to sacrifice everything necessary in order to reach the peak of my true potential. Not only did I lose everything the previous year in the stock market, but I also had tons of credit card debt that I had accrued in the process of starting my own business that I had no means to pay off at the time. I had bitten off more than I could chew. At the time, I was taking on five different businesses on top of normal work. I had to quit school in order to spend enough time on my business ventures. Through my own understanding and my mentor's advice, I closed down three of these businesses in order to support the remaining two adequately. And, insultingly enough, every attempt that I had made to turn a profit in these businesses was ultimately futile. My lowest point was 11 months ago when I was standing in the blistering cold at a gas pump with an empty tank, scanning a stack of credit cards, hoping that one of them would go through. The one thing that kept me going was what Napoleon Hill would refer to as the "other self"- the part of me that possessed definite purpose and would not accept "no" as an answer from me. From this part of me, I summoned unparalleled strength to move forward. Interacting with that part of myself was an unforgettable experience, and it continues to be unforgettable to this day. I spent a lot of time getting in touch with that part of myself. I did many crazy and absurd things in order to maximize my ability to harness that energy that I had within me. Those who questioned my intentions did not understand my determination. The most valuable way I have grown in the last 12 months was by learning the feeling of true desperation and harnessing that energy to move forward, even when the situation did not call for it. I had already learned that my greatest strength and greatest weakness was my willpower in desperate times. I spent a lot of time working to have greater willpower. I learned a lot of things in my research, and I still continue to learn things related to willpower. The way I see it, last year was a stepping stone into this year. I learned extremely valuable skills last year, and these skills are my secret weapon to conquer my goals for this year. Some of my most notable goals are to read 20 books, decrease my debts significantly, complete my bachelor's degree, and to succeed in one business venture. I have a plan for all 12 of my goals this year, and so far, I am on track to complete all of them. It's only January, so hard work and perseverance are going to be the driving factors in reaching these goals. I wish you all a very prosperous and fulfilling 2020! May hard work and dedication be on your side!
@@lenicelacourdia I have been wanting to, as long as the money's in it. My suspicion is that my book will be ready as soon as I've found success, and I'll explain why. I've been digging for nuggets: in books, classes, and through experience. I've found a surprising amount of information that hasn't been covered in the popular books that everyone recommends. Therefore, my niche would be in covering the in-betweens of the popular business / character building books - things that the famous ones don't go into - the concepts that people don't fully consider. Since these sorts of books are commonly bought by aspiring entrepreneurs and business aficionados, this audience is perfect to market to. Their number one questions are "What the $&@% am I doing wrong?" (or "What the #&$@ am I missing?") - This book would cover those topics. A lot of books require following through on certain steps. Mine will have a mandatory reading list, based on what additional information you need to learn. I've learned a lot in the last couple years from my leaps of faith, but when your adventure continues through referencing your own experience, it becomes difficult to make the right decisions. This book will be designed to help with that.
HUSTLEORSTARVEENT just don’t take too long. You already have enough to publish your first book or else it wouldn’t have came as a reply. I didn’t know but something within is telling you now is the time. Self publishing is the best way to go. You can use all the free app resources to create your first book. Don’t wait until perfect because perfect is never happening. Now is the time and it meant so much to read your inside cover. Release it even if it’s a 25 page and the rest will come flooding. It’s time.
December 2018 - I returned to the US, single with my 2 little boys, no job, no car, debt, poor credit and no place of my own. December 2019 - I'm proud to have multiple streams of income and various income-producing assets including 2 properties. Thanks to God, support of people around me and all the knowledge I gained from books, videos and of course Alux :-) 2020 is going to be epic!
Well, good for you that you had the support of people around you. I had no such support. I thought I did, but as it turns out, the people I thought were "supporting" me were only paying lip service to it. When they found out there wasn't any immediate gratification for them, they all bailed like the true friends they were. But I'm not giving up; I'm just pushing on with new friends who aren't the fair-weather type.
I graduated college with a bachelor's in cybersecurity with a minor in computer science. I got an amazing job I truly love and already this year I got certified as a security professional. I have to thank Alux. About 4 years ago I watched your video on self-discipline. It was one of the things holding me back from accomplishing big tasks. This year already wrote my goals and plan to get my next certification. I can't thank you enough. I look forward to every Sunday motivational video.
2019 for me was really good. The things I learned and implemented are: 1] Saving 10% of my income every month. 2] Paid the credit card debts without incurring any interest. 3] Learned to move out of comfort zone. 4] Learned few delicious dishes in cooking. 5] Learned to overcome overthinking. 6] Learned Kaizan technique. 7] Learned to buy stocks and shares. I mean I learned how to invest properly. 8] Learned not to answer the critics. 9] Invested on mutual funds for the very first time in my life. That's it! Alux.com!
//Sacrifice// Last year I moved out of my hometown, I went to college, cut off people who were not inspiring or motivating me to get better and at the end of the year I started going to the gym to get stronger physically. It was a great year and this year is going to be amazing because of the goals I have set for myself! Thanks for the book recommendation, going to listen to it right now. Great video, as always! Much love from Holland. ❤️
One thing that I can attest to is that I’m not the same person I was last. Your channel has made me find “Gaia”, “Gregg Braden”, “Grant Cardon”, “Jim Kiwik”, “Vinesh Lakhiane” and many more to direct my life into next level of me. I’m truly thankful and appreciate your support and teachings. Here’s to a great year ahead.🇿🇦
In 2019 I started out learning a new language and teaching myself on financial and entrepreneurial literacy. I fell off but gained employment and was able to do a few financial goals. My second time watching this channel and I’m thankful your title meant what it said. I identified with all 15 reasons and finally understand why I continuously kept going around the same way. Sacrifice is a big word because it will require Me. Procrastination and undisciplined habits really kept me stuck. I got a surge of energy after listening to this and I do say this new year and beginning decade is the turning point for those apple trees I can plant.
Just because that I'm watching your contents I have sacrificed many things like Entertainment, party with friends, some toxic people. I finally understand that in the journey of my life and my company. just by getting some small amount of money without working much my business partners who were friends from many years left me alone. I'm still working alone in my company as I would always do. But I'm 100% sure that all this sacrifices that I'm making will pay off one fine day. Even if it does not pay me off I really love the way that I choose my life to live the way i love to without anyone supporting me. Realised that I'm alone in this journey. Thanks a ton Alux you guys are the only who make me feel I have to be me and i'm in the right path and just being true to me. with lots of respect for your channel from India.

I wished Alux was in my life many many years ago. I learned a lot from this channel and the knowledge I got from it never find it in my whole life. I love you Alux and owe you a lot . Thanks God for having Alux in my life . Thank you guys for what you do for the humanity.
SACRIFICE!!! 2019 was one of my best years. I discovered Alux in late 2017 and am a faithful watcher of the Sunday vids. Favorite video....that's a tough call. The one from 2018 about "fake rich" really struck a chord. The ones about rich habits vs. poor habits, delaying gratification, and thinking about the future instead of the present, are most helpful. I recently achieved my first major IT certification and am hitting the job market. I currently work as a bartender. I plan to continue as a bartender part-time when I find a full-time IT gig. Gotta have more than one source of income! Debts are slowly decreasing, savings account is slowly growing. Gotta keep putting one foot in front of the other. Thanks Alux! Y'all are 'da bomb!!!
That's awesome! Keeping your nose to the grind, and people will start to notice after a while! It happened with me LOL I bought two rental properties that cash flow me $1100/mo! I talk about my experiences and knowledge on my UA-cam channel!
2019 was year was an awesome. Quit my old job, [in style]. Have an awesome new job now. Took your advise, read a few books you recommended. Learned how to manage my money and now saves 1/3 of my salary every month Thanks Alux. I'm still taking notes
That's awesome! I did that about 4 years ago! Quit my old job, got a new one, then it allow me to save enough money to start buying rental properties! I bought two rental properties that cash flow me $1100/mo! I talk about my experiences and knowledge on my UA-cam channel!
1 you don't take yourself and life seriously 2 you never write down your goals 3 you hope for a miracle instead of building it yourself 4 you feel guilty about wanting more 5 you don't take any risks 6 you assume "That's just how life is" 7 you wait for the right time 8 you can't tell good advice from bad advice 9 you not a big picture kind of person 10 you don't embrace change 11 you can't say No 12 you're scared of losing people 13 you want people to like you even if it's in your detriment 14 you lack the resources needed to move ahead in life 15 your not where your supposed to be
The best time to start was last year, the second-best was yesterday and the third best is right now! I am starting, by making the change, taking risks, and most importantly; sacrifice
Well said! I started about two years ago. Since then, I bought two rental properties that cash flow me $1100/mo! I talk about my experiences and knowledge on my UA-cam channel!
Alux is guide of hell lot of mind blowing stuff for me when I had started watching videos I just used to watch it but now I just wait so long a whole week you can say to get that video and me sitting with my pen notebook and writing every bit of the knowledge that you share. The paradox that you break always gives braingasm on the other level and one lesson is for sure it's all on me and in my hands if I didn't get anything or do anything it's because of myself and I took whole fucking year to understand it but now the journey becomes more interesting and I am excited what new perspective you guys can give me this year. Tones of love and lots of respect ♥️♥️♥️
2019 I stopped drinking alcohol, and when i tell you it has had a major impact on my life, it's like I'm starting a whole new life over, i can see clearer, my skin looks different, my money is increasing, life is amazing for me right now!..SACRIFICE...-Trusno🖤
At the end of 2019 I myself made a New Year’s resolution video where I talk about how great my year of 2019 was and that the reason their New Year’s resolutions never work is because they are externally motivated by things that don’t matter and pretty much everything else said in this video. I remember having so many people like and follow it along with over 500 friend requests and constantly have people wanting free coaching. But however the video was so great and inspiring none of them did anything that I talked about in it and ALL 500 of those people were gone by the end of March.
2019 was an amazing year, full of achievements( I set up a consulting firm for legal affairs with a close friend of mine, and celebrate the first birthday of my first company specialize in express mail, i bought a piece of land and start building my home; i fired my boss, etc...). Guess 2020 will be a great year in my path of becoming billionaire. with the advices of Alux, i'm very confident. Thanks Alux.
I am 23 and have been following Alux since last year. I have observed significant changes while putting your content to action. From a confused and self-entitled individual to a more confident and goal-oriented person, the journey has been quite an enriching one. Thanks a lot Alux and hope to see more of such content.

15 steps to plan and crush your new year goals ---- that video really helped me on 2019... I didn't achieved all my goals as I planned ... yet i changed a lot and things getting better than I planned.... Thank you Alux... Sacrifice!
*this year I wrote what I call an annual life report, reviewing my life... I also decided I'll do quarterly life reports. My annual life report was(if I remember correctly) only about 10 pages, but I think it is important to reflect* 💪☻
Big ups to Alux for always keeping it real. Those who don't agree don't understand. Personal accountability is paramount to a fulfilled life, no matter how much money you have. Moreover, personal accountability will bring the money in if one is truly serious about the change.
1st of all I'm following this channel from 2017 and watching ur content from 2018, you're channel have helped me a lot and made massive change in life and Now, the thing which is sacrifice for others are just part of my daily life. So, just Gratitude towards you guys.
Your channel is like an educational checklist. You can see yourself progressing by realizing that you start implementing the positive points into your personal life.
I stopped feeling entitled, gain better control over my emotions and was able to man myself up to deal with whatever challenges I was facing as I was trying to pursue my goals
I've grown my business revenue 3x times in 2019 thanks to the books you guys recommend and the sunday videos!!! I really appreciate this channel!! Thank you so much! xoxo
I am guilty of "New Year Resolution" but the past years have really taught me in life so I know "SACRIFICE" is needed. More time for self improvement, hustle and continue working hard.
That's awesome! I started my journey 2 years ago, and since then, I bought two rental properties that cash flow me $1100/mo! I talk about my experiences and knowledge on my UA-cam channel!
When iam first welcomed to alux family, i have no nothing about me i haven't done anything from the past decade, binging in movies and always being alone, now i can make some sacrifice for myself and do the thing, keeping myself quest that i want, thanku alux
In 2020, I will start by being an employee for six months; invest 15% every pay period. I will also get at least three side hustles and build my financial life. Currently, I am broke and not living my life.... That will change this year. Thanks for the tools!
My life has changed alot...learnt more about how money works, truth about material things, discipline, the list is endless...thanks Alux...you guys are a gift.
Changes I experienced over past 12 months: A lot of stress last summer. (Chronically ill family member, preparing to move within 5 weeks, Family inviting themselves etc) Moved to another country Found out to pass my university course I have to do 2 years in 1. Decided I’ll be switching university courses this year to develop my commercial knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit. Decided I’ll take some time off to do new things.
I decide to write my goal and put it on the wall so it can remind me everyday~ besides~I watched all of Alux videos in China~~~you must have some misunderstandings about china~ but i will recommend your videos to my friends anyway~
My money management skills have changed for the better. And I don’t go on frivolous spending sprees like I used to in my 20s and early 30s. I know that’s small, but I guess it’s something. Thank you, Alux! WELCOME BACK! Sacrifice! 😀
sacrifice, you guys i don`t how to thank you,you have changed my messy life here in Africa,Kenya to life with future . a life that i have hope despite all the challenges i face .i Once again congratulate you with your work.
2019 was the best year so far. I quit my 13 years old job, went to Switzerland looking for work, failed but learned so much from it, ended up working in Frankfurt but quit it too, I'm back to my old job but counting days till the next big adventure, we only really fail what we don't try. I might not be there yet but I'm much closer than yesterday!
Thank you for the video! Some people need this and fail to realize to see it as a reminder to get your ass off your feet, do something, make a difference in themselves, and the world.
I want to let you know how much I appreciate you, for being a superb mentor in my life. You have really helped me get on tract in my career. Love From India 🤠💓
Since last year, my english has improved significantly. And the goal for this year, I'm gonna gain my weight 10 kilograms. I also believe that I can do this.
And here I was thinking it's because for the most part we're all just cogs in a machine keeping the world turning, we aren't magic wonderful superbeings and we all just need to work jobs and maintain our own existence, the new year isn't actually significant beyond the significance we ourselves place on it and that's a little bit boring but life just is...
2019 was cool. I negotiated a wage rise, started work on a second Income for this year and bought a house. 2020 sees some defined goals for the first 6 months, fully planned out, achievable and beneficial for the future.
Sacrifice Happy New Years to you all! Wow, what a great Sunday Motivation video to start 2020! In the past twelve months, I gained a decent knowledge of financial literacy, went to LA for the first time, and gained a bigger awareness about my inner self and well-being.
It's the first month and I am already failing my goals. Last year was tough for me and I am not letting this year be the same. I am going to set monthly goals. Track my progress. And keep improving.
Sacrifice. Wow! This list was revelatory. While 2019 was my best year financially, I lost the weight I wanted to lose and exceeded goals I had for myself, I recognize the items on this list that make it feel and look like my life has reverted to previous years such as fear of change, fear of losing people, and waiting for the right time. Realizing we only have a limited time on this earth is motivation to push forward and change.
- You don’t take yourself and life seriously - You never write down your goals - You hope for a miracle instead of building it yourself - You feel guilty about wanting more - You don’t take any risks - You assume “That’s just how life is!” - You wait for the right time (just do it) - You can’t tell good advice from the bad advice - You’re not a big picture kind of person - You don’t embrace change - You can’t say no - You’re scared of losing people - You want people y+to like you even if it’s in your detriment - You lack the resources needed to move ahead in life - You’re not where you’re supposed to be
In last 12 months, my salary grew 300% by investing in myself and deciding to choose better employers. I purchased 4 properties and plan to purchase a SUV this year. Your inputs have helped alot in straightening my thought process. Keep it up!
I agree with most of it but number #5, I went for it twice and I ended up homeless. I’m currently homeless and climbing out now. Doesn’t mean I won’t go for it again but to say the worst thing that can happen is be where you started. You can actually end up worse off.

HUSTLEORSTARVEENT I sense a book out of reading this. You should consider turning this piece into a book.
Thanks to God, support of people around me and all the knowledge I gained from books, videos and of course Alux :-)
2020 is going to be epic!
Bolu Aina Check out indeed
Yeah! it is epic especially we have now the “Corona Virus” 2020 is epic
Ed Tesorero the Coronavirus is a blessing if you know how to take advantage of the situation
@@part-timetoaster5075 According to you.

Eric Tee facts✔️ Alux helped me kick my own butt into gear.
2019 for me was really good. The things I learned and implemented are:
1] Saving 10% of my income every month.
That's it! Alux.com!
Arun Ayyer Congratulations 🎊 very inspiring!!!
Nice! I will continue to incorporate 'not answering the critics' into my life. It's tempting but it doesn't usually end well.

Last year I moved out of my hometown, I went to college, cut off people who were not inspiring or motivating me to get better and at the end of the year I started going to the gym to get stronger physically. It was a great year and this year is going to be amazing because of the goals I have set for myself! Thanks for the book recommendation, going to listen to it right now. Great video, as always! Much love from Holland. ❤️
... gud luck buddy..👍

I enjoy my social drinking. 🍺😃
Last 2 months of 2019, was about self discovery. My businesses failed because there was no definite plans. 2020 is going to be different.
Sacrifice.
I always believed that life is actually easy. We just make it hard for ourselves by choosing not to learn from our mistakes.
