Just installed mines according to this guide and it's running like a charm. Unfortunately the system is telling me the motherboard doesn't support the lighting features so it's stuck on the custom lighting but I'm loving it. THANKS MAN

First video that popped up when I was browsing how to install a liquid cooler ahead of time, and I really appreciate how in-depth you went with the install! I've got an MSI Aegis R desktop PC, myself, and I've been gradually upgrading it over the past few months, first upgrading my graphics card and now I'm just waiting for my new CPU (and later on a CoreLiquid cooler) to arrive so I can get this all set! Motherboard is different from yours, but this'll greatly help me in finding the right connection points to power the fans and pump! 😄👍

@@NorthernVikingEveryday Looking to get an MSI 4080 super graphics card but there seems to be different models some from same manufacturer from MSI but different prices with one being £100 cheaper than the other. Is there any real difference? Want to get the best model even if its more expensive.

I have no pump fan and no jrainbow 3 pin anything on my msi z77a-g45 motherboard. Are there alternatives off main power supply to use?

Well your cooler shouldn't have anything to do with your HDMI. I would go back and check all your connections.

are you not concerned with the pump being at the top, or is it something everyones blowing out of proportion?
Basically a year since I've installed it on the top and have had no problems. The MSI instructions show the unit being top mounted.

hello, I don't have pump fan pin on my motherboard, where I plug it ? I have H370M D3H from gigabyte, it said I can put watercooling, help.
I have an Aorus B650 motherboard and that motherboard doesn’t have the slots for the 4 screw slots, only those two hooks. I don’t know what to do because when I try to screw it on, it just keeps moving.
How did you solve this issue ? I have the same problem where i can hook the cooler but its not even close to touching the cpu

Yes he can change it. Msi has software to control the colors.

I have no pump fan on my motherboard -_-
You don't need pump fan they are usually just CHA or SYS fans renamed. You want the 2 fans on a splitter that makes it 1 connected to the CPU (yes cpu) and you want the pump aka radiator 3 hole connected to cpu opt, cha fan or sys fan. All 3 should be fine just double check your pump aka radiator is running at 4000rpm plus all the time. It's very quiet and you want the pump running at max at all times. Not the fans they can change speeds as they need but the pump wants full speed. Enjoy

Can anyone tell me how to mount it on front of the case ? As the pump is at the radiator i am bit confused
Is there anything goes between the radiator & the fan, because there is a gap in between the fan & the radiator I can’t really tighten the screw
I plugged it the same way you did but onced i plugged the wire into the rainbow2 spot it wont turn on it flashes very quickly once then turns off but then once i unplug it, it will power on fine, the rgb works with the block but once i try to plug the rgb for the fans it stops working any ideas?

I know this video is old but I’ve had this aio for about 4 months and recently it’s hit random spikes where the cpu temp would just skyrocket and overheat. I reapplied thermal paste and tried moving cords around but nothing seems to work. Any reason why?
I like this but I have an MSI Z790 mobo thats set up a tad different. I have the coreliquid 360R V2 and I'm trying to figure out how or where to connect the fans, pump and noise reducer. I can't seem to find a video to help me out. Any ideas?

Where did you plug the pump fan exactly?
So the pump aka the 3 hole connector that comes from the radiator the large metal slab (the pump is in there in this model) can be connected to any sys fan, cha fan, cpu opt or pump fan. Hopefully all of them result in the pump quietly running at max all the time. The 2 fans can go in the CPU main fan socket they will adjust speed by themselves
