    It’s what we say to someone when it’s to anxious or to nervous right?
    The nose it’s the main gate to the mind. When we breathe through your nose we are calming our mind and slowing down our thoughts.
    And the left nostril it’s our night side, moon side, feminine side, intelectual work side. So when we inhale through the left side and exhale through the right, we are preparing our mind to the night and for a good night of sleep.
    When you feel difficulty to sleep, try it. See in the video how to do it and let me know if you have any doubts.
