If you don’t want any ads I recommend downloading this app called musi!! You can listen to UA-cam with your phone turned off, but you have to search for the videos. You can also log into UA-cam and it’s like UA-cam on a browser :) and there’s no ads when you watch things!!

my moms boyfriend just threatened my family and i around an hour ago. i was left to pick my mom up and make sure everyone was okay because she had not been doing so well recently. i’ve been super stressed with school as i’m just a junior in high school, and this event just made everything worse. i have school in the morning and couldn’t sleep. i just wanted to say thank you lauren, for making it easier to take my mind off of everything crazy and relax for a night. this video really really helped.

I mostly listen to ASMR while studying stuff to destress so I don't usually listen to the sleepier ones. But wow. Put this on at bedtime last night and I collapsed into sleep so peacefully. I've never been so knocked out i forgot to turn off my phone. It was still playing your playlist when I got up to use the bathroom at 4 am!!
