What is ASMR?
= “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
Often described as a ‘tingling’ sensation, which can be experienced from visual and audio triggers. The sole purpose of ASMR is to relax people.

I create ASMR with the intention to help people sleep, relax and de-stress. However, I am in no way claiming that ASMR is suitable treatment. I have been sleeping awfully lately. I’ve been up since 11 pm, and it is now 4:30. While this video did not succeed in making me sleep, it did however relax me and make me happier.
