- This Gloss Black Mini John Cooper Works (JCW) was Wrapped in Chrome Red with Gloss Black roof and wing mirrors. Basically, the blacks and reds were pretty much inverted.
Please officially welcome Terry to the Yiannimize family as he does his first Intro & Outro.

The chrome trim around the car is called the 'Belt line'

Don't wiping paper towel on a black color car scratch the paint? If it was my car I wouldn't be to happy to see swirl marks on my black paint if I was to ever remove wrap in the future
I always use a micro fiber towel just bc I don’t want my paint scratched
Indeed that is correct, also, forward of b pillar tints less than 70% are illegal in uk, to be stating they’re putting illegal mods into a vehicle thus invalidating insurance etc etc can’t be good. I’m guessing times are getting tough for these guys as much newer much more professional shops have opened up and no doubt taking business
QUESTION: IF YOU WRAP THAT CAR IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND YOU GET PULLED OVER, IF THAT AINT THE SAME COLOR AS WHATS ON YOUR REGISTRATION, WOULDN'T THAT RAISE SOME KIND OF SUSPICION!!?????

I'm not a wrap master.... but I'm pretty sure this would go faster if you glass the hood and then do everything else. Not like you don't have the people for the glassing...
You can't wipe a car with paper towels, and the environment is too dirty for wrapping, when you remove the wrap from backing paper it attracts dusts and small particles like a magnet.
Terry needs to let loose a little bit, seemed too timid, everything takes time, but more screen presence required :D

Wrapping is around 900-1.2k depending on type of wrap, colour choice ie standard oem look or metallics etc.

Lol.. 1:45 is the step where they destroy customers paint via paper towel drying... Going to love uncovering all those freshly installed swirl marks when the vinyl comes off in a couple years. Sigh.

Wow, I love the transformation of that MINI, that's beautiful! I don't know much about wrap, how does that hold up over time? Does it scratch or peel off, or does it last for a few years and still look that nice?

Minis are great. JCW Minis are the best. But you should not need to lower a JCW as they are already lowered. All you end up doing is stressing the suspension and damage the ride. I'd also never wrap a mini hatch. They're just too cool the way they are.
On the mini they call it the belt/belt line. Look on forums for when you're dechroming it, they call it "dechroming the belt line"
If they did it with a mini R58 it would be more sexy ever.

Why are you guys using cheap paper towels to clean the car rather than plush microfiber towels?
Certainly if one were to get their car wrapped, they wouldn’t like the swirl marks you guys are marring into the paint smh. Just because the customer can’t see it, doesn’t mean they should have to polish their paint after removing the wrap. This is unethical standards for an institution such as Yiannimize. Hope to see this changed in the future, because my fellow detailers cringe at the atrocity of such products.
They are just being practical
JLMacuha Vlogz Nah bro being practical isn’t an excuse for a professional company like Yiannimize. Even the DIY guys use microfiber towels. The price you pay scratching the paintwork with a terry towel/paper towel isn’t worth having to meticulously polish the paint after to remove defects.

Love the colour contrast although I’m not a fan of chrome and it looks like a fantastic job by te team.The front air scoop would look better in black gloss rather than left as carbon fibre. The side repeaters should have been swapped for smoked glass rather than left as clear. We’re the red details inside the car wrapped in the red chrome also?
HOW LONG DO WRAPS LAST? I have 1 of the 2019 JCW Knights Edition and a 2016 Cooper S 4dr & want to add more horsepower to each, any suggestions? You can buy the chrome middle bit from Mini and it’s called a belt line.. Love the colour and the car. 😍 I think Terry needs to loosen a bit and move a bit more though..

That’s fire... I have striped pepper white R55s, with gloss black accents. I wanna dip or wrap the sides satin black, satin all the chrome and black all emblems and keep the S red

I think i would have kept it black but just wrapped the roof in chrome red & the mirrors along with a blacked out bagdes and window tints. but thats just me as i like to see black cars all blacked out looking mean ////

Absolutely love it, but the blacked out jcw badge made me say "Why tho?"
dechrome the beltline and the rest is nice, but why chose a chrome red main color then? dislike, but hey its not my car and the owner needs to like it.

Ahh just found you (Enfield ? ). I have a 2014 JCW R58 Coupe in Silver white and Chilli Red, I love it but it needs waking up.

I used to own a R56 with the JCW wing on the back of it and it was tricked out and I loved the car but I hated the fact that something was always broken. I only had 25k miles on it and it was bought brand new in 2008 and I only had it for a little over 3 years and I started to have problems with the moonroof, the driver side doors no locking and unlocking and it was out of the manufactures warranty and the extra warranty that I purchased for $3k was useless and didn't cover any of the mechanical failures. This was my 2nd mini I bought at Mini of Baltimore and they wanted to charge me $2k to repair the moon roof bc it stopped opening up and the doors stopped responding to my keyfob and we tried everything and it didn't work. I had a love hate relationship with the Mini's. I loved the way it looked and drove but I hated the fact that it broke down every month and I couldn't do anything about it. I ended up meeting my future wife and she told me it was time for a new car since we were paying $500+ for the note/month and then an extra $1,000 per month to cover the expenses when the car broke down. Bc we were going to get married and start a new family I ended up trading my Mini Cooper S in for a Brand New Toyota Camry 2017 SE. Yeah, it wasn't a Mini Cooper but at the time they didn't have any Mini Cooper's that would give us enough space to fit 4 people comfortably with a baby seat in the back plus all the problems I started to notice after the warranty expired really turned me away from buying another Mini Cooper S. I did not want to have a high car payment and then only have it for 3 years and start to have problems with it. I was glad to have gotten rid of the Mini Cooper S R56 and went with a car that is known for it's reliability, space, and comfortability.
WOW! Came here because the mini 4 door hardtop I want in electric blue is only available with white roof and stripes. I want those things in black and they recommended wrapping it that color. I didn't think I'd like it - but I'm impressed by what I'm seeing here. And that red color is killer! I just wonder - does it warp due to intense heat and cold?

I like what you did with the car I had my mind on thinking about getting a GTI or smart car but after seeing that that's beautiful it's a spot everybody upper-class like a Rolls-Royce Ferrari stands out I want to put a tablet in but it's so beautiful I want to destroy it's a nice beautiful little car like what you did with it play my mind up to get something like that it looks clean you don't want to destroy you want to mess it up because it looks nice I don't know why but it reminds me of a Rolls-Royce thanks for the tip beautiful job blessings to your family and loved ones blessing
