Looks very good to be perfectly honest- but the pricing is insane. Unless its meant to be 500 and they just made up a fake offer from 900 to 550 and hope people dont think too much about it
Seems like it. I ordered one through the early black Friday deal. $480. The reviews say its a good chair, I need some lumbar support. Got a a shitty 8 year old racing gaming chair that is way past needing replacing. I am not about to spend $1000+ on a herman lol. Sounds like they got easy to return options too, just sucks taking it apart if I do return it lol. I don't care about wobble like this guy says. As long as it holds together and helps my back lol.
@@ElitePWNSFace after receiving the chair a few days ago I think it's awesome and worth the price. Make sure you follow a youtube tutorial step by step as I needed to take mine apart multiple times to rotate things. The largest downfall in my opinion is how difficult it is to adjust, but once it's correct it's perfect.
adjustability is next level, love it ! looks good too, at the cut price offer, it seems almost ok, but if it jumps back up to 900 quid will be hard to justify
Ergohuman is cheaper and ergohuman aint cheap. Someone is just trying to pull a cashgrab here. I remember that brand being recommended as VALUE brand on internet.
its a really cool chair, did people actually watch the video ? never seen adjustabiliity like that - not sure its designed for such a chunky chap as Mat, but it really good looking to my eyes
Minimum hight for the armrests is 27" from the floor. Idk why they did that. Basically every desk is 24" from the ground. So if you ever play with your wrists on the desk this chair will not work for you.
Thank you for your suggestion; we truly value your feedback. We are currently making product adjustments and upgrades. While the chair is designed for flexible adjustments, this may lead to a slightly shaky feel. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this issue. HBADA prioritizes user experience and product quality above all else.
I'm using this chair now and I think it's a good deal at the discounted price. It has really good adjustments and is very comfortable. The headrest does wobble a bit but I think it's because the adjustments are really flexible so it's not a big problem for me.😄
Support system and neck brace is the best I have seen. I always get neck pains with chairs. This would be great if herman miller adopted it for a chair
Foot rest looks comfortable, wouldn't you put your feet on it when you're tired? Was funny seeing the E3 review jump to the much more affordable Boulies shout out!

Mine too. I recored this video before the Fractal Refine review. The Fractal was published first to meet the release date embargo though (in case there is any confusion) - Mat
Great review. With regards to build quality, many of the pieces looked quite fragile, particularly the headrest standoff. Is that actually the case? You mentioned Herman-Miller. I have the Embody. When you review one - and I strongly encourage you to do so - be aware that it does not come with a headrest; these are available from a third party.
Thanks Quentin. The headrest feels very fragile. We'll hopefully get the chance to review a Herman Miller chair someday - It'd be good to see if all of the hype is warranted
@@KitGuruTech My Embody was a revelation but I'm sure many of its features are now commonplace if not standard. I do now sorely feel the lack of a headrest but my needs have changed. Keep up the good work.
Can't someone open a store in central London for ALL of the various chairs, so you can try them one after the other? Offering the no quibble return is fine, but that's compulsory with European Distance Selling Regulations. But you don't really want to go back and forth with a huge chair. Come on Scan/Clockers and the rest - open a chair super store!
Thanks for the review - Such a lost opportunity, the review started off ok, with a good section on the design to find out they just threw it together in the cheapest possible way
seems like a really adjustable chair and not bad, until you see the price - if they just sold it for £399 and didnt pretend to put it on sale for half price you would trust them more . those 'deals' are just a con to fool people.
I am pretty sure this brand (HBADA) was in some "cheapest gaming/office chairs" reddit post and it was posted at 180 or 280 there. Looks to me someone decided to pull a cash grab capitalizing on sudden influx of interest.
I quite like this, but even on sale its such a high asking price considering the competition like noblechairs who are cheaper than this - at least they have mercedes onboard too
The E3 ergonomic chair from Hiard is a fascinating blend of futuristic design and ergonomic promise, but it’s a classic case of style over substance. Sure, it looks like it belongs in a sci-fi movie, but at a price point that can reach nearly £900, one would expect a sturdier build. The adjustability is impressive, but the wobbling components are a deal-breaker. It’s like having a luxury sports car that rattles on every bump...what’s the point? If Hiard can tighten up the quality control, they could have a real winner on their hands. Until then, I’d say proceed with caution!
So you can make dozens of adjustments to the head/neck support, but 2/3 of them don't lock in place? You set everything up perfectly, but one sudden movement and all your set up work's gone? For £900 you'd hope that the adjustments would stay in place. This chair looks worth considering at £400, but £900 seems a little crazy.
Oh dear, watching this was like seeing a road traffic accident in slow motion. I came into the review thinking it all might be ok. by the end my head was in my hands.

Please report any spam you see, it's an ongoing issue with youtube! And while you're here, would you consider the HBADA E3?
I Might buy it, the build quality is questionable but the return policy looks good
Not for the price they're asking. Would rather get a used Aeron Remastered for that price or get something like the Colamy Atlas for £200.
Looks very good to be perfectly honest- but the pricing is insane. Unless its meant to be 500 and they just made up a fake offer from 900 to 550 and hope people dont think too much about it

They are doing the Amazon sale thing - put the price up a day before the sale then drop to slightly below what it was before
It so annoying they do that.
yeah on amazon it cost around 625€ and it got lowered to 540€ or something

I have a hbada chair, didnt pay 900 quid for it however ! its not bad for what I paid - didnt know they sold them at this price
I just ordered two, one of myself and one for my poodle to relax in while I game
Good review Mat, not sure about this chair - especially after the Fractal one, was going to have a hard time

Bonus point for not targeting the gaming market, but thats disappointing - thanks for doing the build quality check, appreciate the honesty

well I am not sure what they are thinking to come up with a price like that - show them the last 3 minutes of your video, they might change their mind
I was really impressed by the Colamy Atlas for £200
It does look the part with the mesh material and all the different sculpted swoopy bits.
It does. Looks wise it's a winner

£550 on sale - you know thats a joke Mat, right?
When they chose their name did they just put some random letters into the keyboard and hope for the best?
27" from the floor is way too high for arm rests. My desk is 24 inch in hight.
most important to note is it does the job
Looks good, and well designed. but oh boy that was a mess at the end - surprised it didnt fall apart with you on it, as you are quite a big lad
Thing is with an ergonomic chair it's going to be designed to be a bit flexible. So is that making it feel a bit cheap?
Someone else said its already on sale at a big discount which suggests maybe its not the premium product its being pitched as.
I agree - a decent chair needs to flex and adapt when you move while sitting, this one took that a bit too far though.
Futuristic space ship look - about sums it up 4:45
Herman Miller - get one of them, lols
