Oh my goodness!!! You're beautiful and wonderful!! Thank you for sharing that information. As you can see I love trying new things, hit or miss... thanks for the tips!! I will follow them next time around! Thank you again!!!
part 2 -- its always good to put a silcone sheet or parchment paper over your design before pressing -- this helps keep your plate on your press clean - and a - just in case you should put the design on the wrong side
I seeeeee...... thanks... I think a sheet of the paper came with the machine! I thought it was just part of the packaging from shipping. Glad I did not throw it out! Thank you again so very much for your comments!!!
Thank you for this video. I just bought this heat press (waiting for it to be delivered) and as soon as I clicked "buy" I had a sudden fear that I should have bought a much more expensive model. I'm not 100% sure if this is the same press as the one I bought, but it definitely looks exactly the same and if it is working well then I'm not worrying so much now. can't wait to start making t-shirt designs!
I'm so happy for you and thankful that God has given you the desires of your heart. I have a swing away press and love it, just a tip you may one to order a heat teflon sheet to help protect your garments and machine. Don't go to your craft store way too high just search online or ebay. Also, I notice on the second item you are not locking your plate it look as though you are only letting it sit on your garments. This elimates problems if it doesn't close means unloose then clamp down
In the box there should be a instruction sheet. I don't know which machine you have and a lot of this is new to me also. But when I read the instructions a couple of times, I was able to get it to work. I hope this info helps, I would not want to give you wrong information , that's why I say the instructions help. If you did not get instructions then you should contact the place you bought it from. Have a good day!
I've never seen a heat press that does not lock down. It appears you are only dropping it down but not press locking it. That's the only way to provide pressure. Also, if your rhinestones are lifting up (due to lack of pressure), you can reapply heat and pressure rather stopping there and settling with glueing.
I find it helpful if you press the shirt first for a bit so it becomes completely smooth and flat and the heat removes excess moisture from the fabric, then press the art work
- just a little tip -- if your using canvas for your designs -- pre-press the canvas bags 1st - set aside until your 100% ready for the design -- when you pre-press the canvas - it takes out the moisture - this will help bond your meduim to the canvas for a longer lasting usage -- with T-shirts - pre-press also - take a lint roller to the design area - this removes fibers that are not visible to your eye - then smooth out the design area and your ready to press with your design - continue
Hey I would apprciate if u could tell me what kind of paper r u using.we are using vinyl and transfer paper but urs is different.ur video is awesome by the way
i love your video the ethnic designs are beautiful.i love how u represent the black woman in all your designs I wish we were friends, im the crafty type also!
Hi, I work pressing rhinestone and vinyl transfers on fabric. Im planing on getting a heat press soon. Let me know if you need tips on the pressing... loved your video... :)
Sorry to hear that some folks had problems with their machine - I can only suggest contact the supplier - mine works fine, and recently I gave it to my cousins to use for a project - if I purchase another one - I will let you know if a different brand works better - I will probably get a larger one next time.
I think I bought mine on amazon I posted a link here www.sugarplumdolls.com but I think they are sold out. www.amazon.com/dp/B005Y2C8TK?tag=vegforall-20&camp=14573&creative=327641&linkCode=as1&creativeASIN=B005Y2C8TK&adid=0GZCYAVEYV3CASZ9BNXP&&ref-refURL=http%3A%2F%2Frcm-na.amazon-adsystem.com%2Fe%2Fcm%3Ft%3Dvegforall-20%26o%3D1%26p%3D8%26l%3Das1%26asins%3DB005Y2C8TK%26ref%3Dtf_til%26fc1%3D000000%26IS2%3D1%26lt1%3D_blank%26m%3Damazon%26lc1%3D0000FF%26bc1%3D000000%26bg1%3DFFFFFF%26f%3Difr

Nice video, question, where did you bought yours and by any chance, do you know any places in San Diego, California or in Los Angeles where I can buy one? Thank you.
So, even though you attached the rhinestones and such, does this heat press work like others ...by screen printing handmade drawings and other creations ? Other than 3D substances and such .
just admired your craft venue! impressive!! I just received my heat press....a little intimidated until I saw your video...cant wait to try it... where did you get your rhinestone sheets?Thank you....
Hello all. Clothespindoll when I watched other videos, upon placing the garment and transfer on the plate, the user then pulled the arm down and put in the locked position, giving the correct amount of pressure. That's probably why your transfer (s) aren't transferring to your garments.
what kind of transfer papers do u use so u dnt have a translucent border around the image...its noticable on our white shirts..havent tried on dark shirts yet...like ur rhinestones dnt have a square border around it
You should pull down that handle until it locks. :) BTW Thank you for pressing that red button , it gives me an idea that it removes the noisy beeping sound.hehe

I hope you figured out that you weren't using medium to heavy pressure. I know it may be different with Rhinestones but I believe you even said in the video. Video is still going so you may have learned, lol. The pressure adjustment knob will need to be used a lot with those rhinestones, they'll be different heights etc. The clamp needs to be brought all the way down till it snaps, but with ... 'medium pressure' But I'm sure you learned by now :)
I gave mine to my cousin, so I don't have the instructions anymore - but I am sure you can email the company - I bought mine on amazon - they should respond to emails !
You did NOT press the handle all the way down, it is actually suppose to lock in the pressure position, you press the handle down until you hear a clip.
Hi, where can I get the paper to buy from and what is the name of the paper. Are there ones without the stones? can I just buy blank paper and print my own images? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Hi, thanks for stopping by my channel! LOL no the pic is not of me but thanks for asking - Did you know that I now have a blog sugarplumdolls.info which has recipes, more specific instructions and lists of supplies needed for many of the craft projects that appear on my channel? Be sure to leave a comment and tell me what you think!
Hello!:) I consider buying this model heatpress and I wondered if you still use it and if it still works fine. I will be very thankful if you respond to me and provide some info. Best Wishes!:)
Hello! I have bought a new heat machine off ebay. It has no vendor information on it! I got it in March, and today it just clicked off and now won't turn on. The wall plug in still works so it's not the outlet. I'm not sure where to go, who to ask...any suggestions? Thank you, greatly appreciated

great video! you should pull the handle all the way down, it will put pressure and it will make the transfer sticker stronger.
I find it helpful if you press the shirt first for a bit so it becomes completely smooth and flat and the heat removes excess moisture from the fabric, then press the art work
I literally just saw this on another video and I agree
Very cool! Thanks for sharing.

Hi when u press down u need to go fully down it goes further than where you was pressing too will add the right pressure
Imran Mohammed yes I noticed that as well. She needs to press the handle all the way down.
Yeah, the handle is supposed to lock down. Also, I would use a cover sheet. But your designs are super cute!
no teflon paper required? this is neat! thanks for the tutorial.
I wish I had one of those....Where did you get the transfer of the women from. Can you please show the completed purse.
Thank you for sharing.
By now, I am sure you have realized that you must press the handle all the way down, to lock it in.
Hey I would apprciate if u could tell me what kind of paper r u using.we are using vinyl and transfer paper but urs is different.ur video is awesome by the way
