I mean, I smell a little bit of fruit from the first story with the yacht- like I get that you’re childhood friends, but what person who isn’t reasonably well off spends money that they effectively don’t have on a yacht for a « home coming » celebration for their “platonic” friend. Idk, just seems a little closeted to me, like he’s in love with the friend to where he would be willing to piss off his wife, the person he’s married to, in order to impress this friend who is more than likely not expecting anything besides a night at a restaurant or a bar or something. It’s ridiculously lavish for a person to spend so much on an otherwise very insignificant event compared to a milestone birthday or celebration. It just really smells like someone left a whole fruit basket in the closet with that one.

A fetish isn't like a compulsion or an addiction. You don't go into withdrawal by not having it fulfilled. Maybe it's cause I'm bi and sometimes the people I date feel insecure that I'll leave them for the gender they aren't but I don't think it's fair to decide he can't control himself when for 2 years he's managed a normal relationship. I think she's just shocked by the info and looking for an out. If anything I feel bad for the guy. @foxbuns 3 роки тому +25

A fetish is similar to a kink, but the difference is that something is a fetish when it MUST be present in order for the person to achieve sexual arousal or enjoyment. This can be an act (like having sex in public) or an object (like feet). The important thing to remember here is that a fetish is something that the person cannot get aroused without-for some people simply fantasizing about the fetish can be enough while others may need to actually engage with the object or behavior in some way. (Whereas a kink is just any attraction to a specific object or sexual act and it is not required to get off.)

The fart fetish one- she needs to understand that he was suuuuper vulnerable sharing that with her, and she probably just seriously hurt him with her reaction- he may not even be able to open up to partners in the future. He waited so long because soooo often we are ridiculed for our kinks when we open to people who aren't safe. He accepted her response when she said no. Many kinksters are super understanding when someone isn't into their kinks. "My kink is not your kink and that's ok." And on top of that, people need their kinks fulfilled at so many different levels... some people need it regularly integrated, some people are ok with occasional, and some further still are ok with having it solely fulfilled by porn! If he's gone this long without having it actively fulfilled, he's probably one of the latter. I am 100% supportive of the fact that people with kids deserve to go out too especially because I have two of my own, and it is good for children and their behavior development to experience restaurant settings, but there are family friendly restaurants everywhere. In fact, more restaurants are family friendly than not. Shocking but, not everyone enjoys children. Therefore they probably choose quiet, ADULT friendly restaurants to be able to enjoy themselves. Keep your children out of places like these. Respect those boundaries, and take your kids to a freaking Texas roadhouse or something.

The baby one 🤢 I worked in a cocktail bar/restaurant and we did allow kids, had kids menus/crayons etc, but the vibe of the restaurant was still pretty nice especially later in the night. People would bring their kids in during dinner service and act like it entitles them to another level of service. Not only have I definitely seen someone change their baby in the dining room (not on the table thank god, on their lap, but STILL people are eating around you), but i’ve seen kids literally crawl across tables, throw food across the room, scream at other people eating, parents insisting that we rush their food because their toddler is hungry and upset, etc, etc, etc. No babies in nice restaurants. It ruins everyone’s vibe. And who the FUCK would think it’s okay to change a diaper on a table where food in served and eaten. That guy used zero common sense in that situation.

I'll be honest, I don't think kids under the age of 12 should be allowed in a lot of places 😂 mostly because parents don't properly discipline their kids and teach them how to act. And places like airplanes should have designated kid areas. There are kid friendly restaurants, stick to those. And the restaurants that fall in between, again should have separate kid friendly areas. I'm a firm believer in strangers also verbally disciplining other ppls kids in public when it's called for as long as it's within reason. Some of my best learning moments were when a stranger gave me shit for not acting right.

    • @clairer342

I’m not sure we want strangers thinking they are allowed to parent anyone’s kids 😬 It should be less frowned upon to get an attendant or something to tattle on them so that the patrons don’t have to get into fights 👍 After covid, it seems like there are a lot of ways to keep kids under 12 from annoying others in public like carry out or online grocery pick up or online shopping if their kids can’t behave 😂

I find it so weird when people refuse to fart in front of their bf's or husbands, It's a normal bodly function, and if you really have to fart to the point where you have tummy aches from it i find it so sad that you would have to get to the bathroom just to let it out to be comfortable, specially in your own house. also the facts it's dangerous for our bodies to hold in fart. I farted in front of my bf the first month of being together, now we always joke around and compliment the sound of our farts and give each other high fives, also he's not able to burp so all the air has to get our somewhere and I would be an asshole to force him to keep it in and make him go to the bathroom in his own home.

As someone in the psychology field the wording choice of the girlfriend in the fart story could be considered a „red flag“ itself. That fact she feels betrayed is completely normal, taking into account possible self esteem issues or mistrust she might have that makes her focus more on the „keeping a secret“ fact than the „fart kink“ fact. To me it seems, that her partner was very ashamed to begin with and now felt safe enough to share what he prefers in the bedroom. Manipulation would be coercing her into farting on him and not taking „no“ for an answer. From a personal perspective, if her reaction is solely based on his confession and no other factors are playing in it would be better to reconsider their values in a relationship. If a „harmless“ kink confession has such a big impact there might be other issues in this relationship that need to be considered and couples counseling could be a good place to start especially before marriage to prevent resentment piling up which could then lead to divorce.

    • @breathoffreshair7795

Why didnt he bring it up BEFORE engagement? That is coercion. He waited until AFTER a solid long term promise of marriage. This should have been discussed during or just before engagement conversations- along with most other compatibility conversations. Fetishes are needs- they must be experienced at some level to enjoy sex with anyone. If youre in the psychology field you wiuld understand all of this and know that this is simply a compatibility issue and insecurities aside he could not communicate healthily and with respect to her needs and boundaries and his own until after a significant relationship milestone.

@@dwightsmith1123 yeah- because she realized that he has a sexual need that she wasnt aware of that he couldve long prepared her for. Her being uncomfortable with it before may have not been a deal breaker: she could have just as likely been curious and open to it HOWEVER thats not what happened. She wasnt given a chance to access wether or not shed be comfortable with it because she instead was met with a lack of honesty of needs and then had them pushed on her after a legal marriage. So her discomfort with the idea of it is also paired with the reality that she cant even trust her partner to be honest about needs so much so that they were willing to force her into a legal joining before telling her. Fetishes are a sexual need: kinks are not. Please dont convolute this.

I’m the same age, and the tide pod thing happened in 2018, meaning you’d either be a senior in HS or in college. It was definitely Gen Z being stupid, albeit most were pretty young. Millennials likely did participate and help spread the challenge on social media, and overall I doubt that many people were actually consuming them. Those who did were mostly younger Gen Zs that did not understand the danger/did not fully understand social media, so I don’t think it’s entirely fair to roast the poor kids. But I know millennials have participated in a wide array of stupid challenges because back in the earlier days of UA-cam (when most viewers/creators were millennials), challenges were a VERY common theme (ie cinnamon challenge, Kylie Jenner lip challenge, the knife game, chubby bunny challenge). Not all of those challenges were harmful, but some were dangerous and also resulted in bodily harm, so ultimately both generations did stupid things as children/adolescents being exposed to social media at a young age.

As soon as we walked in, I was like "oh hell naw. ." I will not put all of us here through listening to my baby be his cranky self. BUT if the child begins to tantrum or become loud and are not able to be entertained enough at the table to be quiet enough then the parents either need to leave or one of them needs to take the child outside. If you know your child will not be able to stay at a reasonable volume then yes I agree don’t go with them.

I see your point, but it is his niece not hers. Being married doesn't make your spouse siblings automatically your sister/brother too. Maybe she's like niece-in-law? About deeper issues going on, you're probably right. She mentioned that they can't have children and constantly seeing her husband with a small child could be difficult/triggering while dealing with infertility. Also, it seems like he takes care of the child a lot and she might just miss having her partner for herself. Probably mostly hurt and upset about him not putting her- his wife- before his niece. Sorry for the length of this 😅

@@joanna.felicja I totally missed the part about the infertility! That could absolutely be triggering-- and maybe even resentful in some ways. As far as second changes go though, they both deserve a second chance! :)

One of the comments on this video is saying that the husband’s behavior was reminiscent of the family member who molested her when she was a child, and I was wondering if the wife had a subconscious feeling that their relationship is weird, and she doesn’t want a part of it. I’m not accusing him, but I wanted to raise awareness. He seems obsessive about the niece 🤷🏻‍♀️

There was this 2nd grader in my sons class who has a UA-cam channel my son asked if he can look... Omg this kid did so many challenges I reported it... He rubbed hand sanitizer in his eyes for blind eye thing and many others that made me sit all my kids down and have a real heart to heart to see what their class mates do etc or say is the cool thing to do.
