Jason, vinegar, salt, and baking soda are all great for cleaning, and nearly everyone already has these items in their home. I use vinegar and salt to clean the copper bottoms of my Revere ware, and no scrubbing is needed, but be sure to thoroughly wash the vinegar and salt off. It makes them shine like new.
If your drain is clogged take baking soda and pour in the drain then pour in vinegar and yes it will fizz up and let it sit for a bit and then run some fresh water in your sink and the drain should be opened.
The reason you got a reaction when you mixed the vinegar and baking soda to get a paste was because the vinegar is an acid and the baking soda a base and when they are mixed they product CO2 and neutralize each other. Baking soda cleans baked on food and grease and insides of oven very well. Vinegar works on rust, salt makes it work better.
Could you also do a video on sharpening garden tools? Thanks for the tips!
Sure! That is a great idea!
Great video! I can't wait to try this once I find my pruner. It's out in my yard somewhere
I think my good felcos are in my pile of compost. Can't wait till I find them!

That's how I do old, rusted, cast iron skillets I buy too. I've never tried on gardening tools though so thanks for that tip.
@@LoriL010 good to know!

@@j.c.linden thanks for the insight 😊
I know what I'm doing tomorrow!!
Thanks for the info! 😊didn’t know you could clean tools with baking soda and vinegar 🤷♀️
One caution: Do not use on any tools with aluminum parts. The vinegar will dissolve the aluminum. I learned that the hard way on $100 loppers.
How can you make sure the internal parts are completely dry?
