Baked Donuts

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today I want to share a baked donuts recipe with you. This recipe is super easy and a lot quicker than frying donuts, I hope you like it.

FOR THE DONUTS
½ cup sour cream
1 large egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
¼ teaspoon salt
FOR THE GLAZE
1¼ cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons or ¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1-2 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
✨Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
✨chocolate ganache topping is optional
✨sprinkles are optional but definitely delicious 😋
