Here's the deal tOSU retweaked the offense into a lot more counter to help out the Oline....UT and Oregon both had "elite" defensive lines and PSU also had "dominant edge rushers to no avail. Counter simplifies things for your guards and tackles. This is FSU offense with elite or high star ranked players. There are too many weapons...all three WRs are or will be first round picks and both RBs too. Add in TEs playing well and Howard making no mistakes and it's bad for Texas. On defense Ewers is nowhere near as mobile or accurate on the fly as Gabriel was and Knowles has moved Downs down mid field as a rover. That whole DLine is elite so are the safties and right now the LBs are playing extremely well. 8 frickin sacks on Oregon...8! The CBs are also playing lights out for the most part...Texas will have to play flawless and will have to figure out how to stop 5 to 6 different elite players...they haven't shown they can in the last two games. They will lose unless tOSU beats themselves. Did I mention they're still pissed off and are playing to stay together one more game. Smith losing the best freshman and Downs losing the Thorpe borders on criminal stand by for belt to a$$.
