I'm really grateful for your chanel and your cookbooks. Even though I can't go carnivore because it triggers my bipolar, I do go low carb and you help me substitute foods I love with foods that are lower\zero carbs❤

I wanted to check out your most recent video to see if you were still putting music in the background. No music, so maybe no? I "stumbled" onto your not mayo recipe and loved it, but the music is just annoying and hard to listen to, especially when so many of us crank up the playback speed so we can watch more vids. Nix the music, save your time, make people with hearing issues happy. WIN/WIN! 👍

Hey focus on the helpful emails or those of people trying to learn who appreciate you and your site. Maybe have a friend read the comments first and delete the dumb ones? Love your recipes and they are mostly very easy, and tasty too! 77 and carnivore now 9 1/2 months with some occasional dairy and spices!

Ieat carnivore but I don't want to be pure because then it becomes boring and more likely to fall (fail). I like adding in black coffee with salt and butter. Down to one a day. I like mixing eggs and cheese together and making chuffles. I like blueberries and cream occasionally. Do whatever is right for you and ignore people that like to shame others. Be diverse.

I’ve noticed there are some carnivores who are fanatics and fundamentalists like vegans. They’re just as rude and obnoxious. I’ve been carnivore now for going on nine months and I’ve lost 82 pounds, no longer have high blood pressure, diabetes, or fibromyalgia. I eat very small amounts of onions, celery peppers, tomatoes Leafy greens for flavorings, and I do consume dairy and cheese. The point is to return to normal health, not follow a cause
