Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game. He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!
Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. We provide financial support and motivation by collaborating with global, national, & local partners. Our community is full of people who want to help. We foster relationships with the sports community nationwide. In doing so, we are providing our youth with knowledge of the sports world and opportunities to make their dreams come true.

This guy has to be pushing 600 pounds. You should get him to train with you. He doesn't have to run as fast as you do. He could just run 90% of your speed and that would be good.
If u want better performance u must eat fish like wild caught salmon, cod, sardines etc. Chicken, beef, pork is terrible for your health and performance. Michael Norman eats only fish
Different people perform better with different foods it’s not a one size fits all, personal choices
Personal I am on fish diet but that’s because I have low omega 3 levels

Looks like good tasting healthy food, but Noah please don't tell me you're microwaving that grub later in the week. I'm under the impression that microwaves decrease nutritional value.
Why would they? Microwaves heat up food by vibrating the water molecules in them. Any nutrient loss would be in steam which is generated by other methods of reheating as well.
