Now this will be interesting! I'm foreseeing a tenuous alliance between elven and dwarven adventureres to survive the terrors that await below. I think I have the same model that Eilauvar uses! I never got around to painting him, but the pose, staff, and orb are unmistakable.
These battle have been great fun to put together, and it's cool to watch the characters develop a little as the action plays out. Yeah Eilauvar has been hidden in the back of a cupboard for a few years now! It's been a long time since he's seen the table. He probably needs a fresh lick of paint!
Great intro, I really appreciate the effort you put into this. Let just say that the details in the rooms are a great touch. The dwarven throne looks fantastic and that elven boat looks great.
Ok, that's good feedback! Can you explain a little more about what wasn't clear or what you didn't understand? I'm keen to know so that I can improve things in the future. Cheers!
@@AshandStoneNZ I didn’t really see the central conflict, the dwarves don’t care about the leylines and the elves don’t care if the dwarves make a record of their fallen. Doesn’t seem to be any internal conflict (even if Alaric finds Eilauvar annoying they seem to work in harmony). I guess they just all need to be on the lookout for orcs. Your Elven Expedition Narrative Campaign was an archetypal tragedy as a character grappling with her past failures is sent on a one way mission. From the first slide we know her feelings of shame, that she seeks redemption in the eyes of her peers, and how this desire has been exploited as we venture into the dread mire. Who is Harthan? And finally I don’t know what the Sak vs Sack bit was about. Hopefully that helps!
Awesome, thanks very much for taking the time. Hopefully things will build as the campaign progresses and we can learn more about the characters and such as we go. We'll see if I can pull it off! As for the central conflict, it's less about their specific objectives and more the way they are going about achieving them. For example, in the first game where the Dwarves find the Elves in their basement pinching their stuff. Hopefully that's something I can further expand upon along the way. The Sak vs Sack thing was an attempt to show two things; One, the mundane nonsense that Barridoc now has to deal with as a part of his Kingly duties, And two, some of the cultural clash occurring as the Human Town of Goldenfields comes under the rule of, and interacts with, the Dwarven Kingdom, beyond life and death on the battlefield. Again, thanks for taking the time, I appreciate it!
I hate Mastermagi Eilauvar already, Barridoc King proves why he is the GOAT of this series. I have nothing against Harthon Moonsworn but I don't want Barridoc to regret his decision.
Just a short one! First episode here if you missed it: ua-cam.com/video/LEChvriR_Tk/v-deo.html I want to complicate matters a little more before the next Oathmark video.
Bound to at some stage, though I have no immediate plans at the moment. I'm kinda hoping we don't have to wait too long for the Elf Heavy Infantry Kit!

OMG, I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU STILL PUTTING STUFF ON THE CHANNEL. GO DWARFS!!!
More to come as well! It just takes me an age to get them edited!
This is quality stuff!
Cheers Tyler!
Absolutely love the presentation here. I look forward to seeing more.
Cheers mate! Appreciate the kind words!
Oh I love this. Mini theater. Amazing, and really well voice acted!
Voice acted!? I don't know if I'd go that far!😅
Thanks very much mate, I'm glad you enjoyed!
Yes! I've missed your campaigns! The intro feels like the warcraft 3 cinematics before missions, awesome stuff. Really looking forward to this.
Cheers JK! More to come, they just take an age to edit!

Thank mate! I've got all the little bits and pieces so it's a good excuse to crack them out and get them painted up!
I am so excited for this! Looks great!
Cheers Mike! I hope you enjoyed it!
It just watched it, and it is!
Loved it can’t wait to see more!
It's on baby! Very suitably arrogant elven voice there mate!
I'm sure I could have slathered on another layer of scorn! 😆
@@AshandStoneNZ or contempt...
Why not both!?
@@AshandStoneNZ Fair point!
Oh boy, first Cropredy and now I return to a new Ash and Stone, this is a good month!
Enjoy!
Good to see another campaign. I must admit however I didn't really understand the story (either the plot or the narrative hook).

👍
It kinda reminds me of classic Warcraft III cutscene dialogue.
Definitely a big inspiration. I love that game.
