Get a haircut you hippie!
😃
😆😆
Those mutton chops are outstanding
You are not quite at the hippie look yet, you do look a bit like a hobbit though😁
Just do what I do, head save once every few months 😆
Just wanted to thank you for your videos. It introduced me to Oathmark and its the best fun i've had in miniature wargaming in decades. Cheers from France
Merci! That's fantastic to hear. I'm glad you are enjoying Oathmark!
Poor Moxis... at least he survived to "fight" another day... He somewhat becomes a real comic villain. Let's see, what Hex and the Corpse King are up to, can't be any good...
Ol' Moxis is just a bit of a disappointment all round! 😆
Tying his unit and power progression to battles has had the unfortunate effect of only letting him fail forward for so long. He needs to unlock those nastier creatures!
So I'm ultimately happy the dice fell the way they did. Hopefully a change in leadership allows the Undead to become a bigger threat. If nothing else it's a good excuse to strike out in wildly different directions!
@@AshandStoneNZ Absolutely. Maybe Moxis needs some downtime and a Sabbatical in some foreign land to find some old tome of power or whatever to return in a future season as a surprise villain. 😀
My thoughts exactly! Maybe he needs to stir up the Goblins or something.
@@AshandStoneNZ Goblins and the Undead are a match made in heaven.
Well, you say that, but the Goblins haven't met Moxis yet!😆
Thought you had given up. So glad you haven't
Not at all! It just takes time! Cheers Ross!
That was seriously intense
As a leadership duel should be!
A great idea, I will certainly use it in a duel in one of my games.
Keep up the great work and the great narrative. Your narrative campaigns must be a lot of work, but they certainly are great to follow.
Thanks very much! They are a bit of a time sink, but I'm glad you are enjoying them!
Great duel wonderfully narrated.
Thanks very much Harvey! Glad you enjoyed.
Always glad to watch new videos from you!
Thanks very much! I appreciate it!
To be fair to Moxis at least he isn't Kalana.
🤣
True that! things could be worse! 😆
This was bloody brilliant, the duel rules are simple yet when combined with the epic narrative it really comes to life. This episode is well worth the wait and I'm excited to see what could happen in the future, maybe these two will meet again only on a much larger battlefield next time.....?
Cheers Oliver!
Oh gods, I'll need to get more skeletons!
Really look forward to your oathmark videos and this one didn't disappoint👍
Cheers mate! I'm pleased to hear it!
Really enjoyed this
Cheers mate! I'm glad to hear it!
Simple and quick, it works. Great job!
That's the one! Cheers Jeff!
Really enjoy your videos and the narrative you’ve created. Thanks for doing it and keep up the great work!
Cheers Matthew! I really appreciate it!
What a great idea with the duel! I am happy to see that undead forces will march under new management. Hope to see Hex and Corpse King adventuring on FG/RoSD engine.
Cheers Dan! Yes, it will be good to shake things up. FG/RoSD is bound to happen!
For a fairly simple and direct die roll duel that could have easily gotten repetitive you did a great job of keeping it interesting via the narration. Continuing the flow of narration by adapting it to the subsequent character's die roll really helped give the impression of the combatants reacting to each other's moves rather than just taking turns smacking each other.
I'm wondering if there's some table top rpg experience being drawn from here (beyond these videos of course)?
Either way, good stuff as always.
Cheers mate, thanks very much!
Yes indeed, I've picked up tabletop rpgs in the last few years. I was a bit late to the party 😄
Oh man! Treachery indeed!
I wonder what’s next for Moxis? Is this where he goes to the Orcs (formerly) of the Silver Mountains? Perhaps a powerful necromancer is just was Vorgakh needs in these trying times.
Reliable, unwavering infantry? Yes please!
Though Vorgak's oaths to Barridoc may prevent any... overt aid, in Moxis's plans for revenge!
@@AshandStoneNZ Ah yes! The mighty Oaths of this world are strong, even for an Orc!
Then perhaps he might look to the Black Stone Goblins! They swore no such oath, and it might be a solid alliance to harry at Baridoc’s allies in Goldenfields!
Moxis certainly has many choices indeed.
Indeed! One does not lightly set aside Oaths!
I'm sure the Goblins would appreciate an unyielding front line, though Moxis will have to pick up his game a bit!
Somehow... I'm disappointed that it turned out the way it did. Heres hoping Moxis returns to settle the grudge.
Maybe pull a Skeletor and show up at the dwarfs place to offer an alliance.
In some ways, so am I, but I'm also hoping a change in leadership will also change the Undead's luck a bit!
Where did you get the undead chariot? It looks very cool
Cheers mate! The chariot itself is a custom 3D printed job, the undead horses are 3D files from One Page Rules
@@AshandStoneNZ You did a bang up job with it, I was convinced it was a pre-bought set. I might look into whether I can slot some of the Mummified Undead Chariot horses into a Victrix Celtic Chariot now.
Thanks very much! High praise!
If you do have a 3D printer, the files are available on my Patreon for a couple of bucks and I can save you the price of a plastic kit 😅
