Good start, and good luck! Build front chassis brace that's similar to the back, but use the wheelbarrow style castors. It'll get through that gravel much better. Harbor Freight usually has those castors for pretty cheap. Love the good use of wood and ratchet straps!
How about a 3k pneumatic with 72 extensions? can you make one disappear from work? 😇if you use face book keep an eye out for some of those metal corrugated sheets sometimes found for free to hold that insulating in place and reflect heat and some old carpet for the front to cover those stones.
There was so much to this post I didn't see. I'm afraid if I metal the roof they will hit me on taxes for a permanent building. I'm thinking about building a wall on the back side under the tarp and framing in a wall and garage door behind the zipper panel. That way it looks like a tent.

Yes once you take the body off you need 2 parking spots!
