I got this of Amazon 18’ BatPower ProK Electric Fishing Reel Battery Power Cable Air Cord Compatible for Banax Kaigen 7000 1500 500 300 150 Power Assist Electric Reel Battery BP-FK08B BP-FK16B Power Cord 2PIN Cable. Works perfect on my 1000 Banax reel and connected to my boat plug.
Too Small of Wires, 12 Volts drops Voltage fast, woud use at least #10, any Length to the wire run or a Heavier Load, you may want to use #8, or #6 even, can't go too Large with wire, stilll needs to be connected to a 30 Amp Breaker. That Reel look like it could plug into a Cigarette Lighter Recptical. Motors Hate Low Voltage.
I didn't mention Main Reason. The Breaker is to Protect the Wires from Burning up the Insulation, then wire Glow Red hot before breaking should it have a Short. Manufacturer needs to mention If Plugging into a 30 Amp Recptical, that you should have a 10 or 15 Fuse or Breaker so wires can't burn up if shorted. I Live in The Keys, Much Bigger Fish. Thinking you may be talking about Fresh Water Fishing, curious the Current Draw. Do wish you the Best. Left a Like

Nope wires are factory. Makes sense but that’s their recommendations
