TL notes:
5:05 - (Tip) Shanghai did a good outline of how these are made. You don't use them for normal cookies, but cat tongues require them. They are very interesting cookies that melt in your mouth. They are also called "langue de chat".
10:06 - In case you want to know, name of this cafe is written in ateji.
13:17 - (Tip) Local high-class white wine from Burgundy region of France. Fun fact: 90% of produced wine is white. You'd think red wine would be much more valuable because of that.
13:29 - (Tip) Kind of unrefined sake, made from rice and yeast. The recipe is very simple, but making this brew violates Liquor Tax Law.

They were talking about Sakuya's options (or familiars, if you want) from Perfect Cherry Blossom (the original game). Since Sakuya is not a player character these days, I guess she has sold them and that's where they've ended up.
