Huge question here: what type of products do you use to clean up the residue, it is always the pain in the ass for me to clean. I just don want to use towel to wipe it back and forth, which may cause scratch or love marks around that area. Hope you can help out. Thank you !
Personally I prefer the BBi uprights. I think they suit the proportions of the car a little better. The Salter ones seem to be much better made and look more oem, but then they are $600 more. Thanks for the vid!
Hey Troy, got a quick question for you. I just got my SA riser installed last week, when I drove on the highway over 75mph or hard acceleration over 70 mph, I am going to hear wind noise. The sound is pretty obvious when you are doing hard acceleration over 70 mph. I wonder if you do have the same phenomenon. Thank you！
I thought the entire wing was fixed with that adhesive that sits on the body... mine is slightly lifted and the damn double sided tape thing just won't adhere to it properly. Thank god there are bolts on either side.
It's very important to note that anyone trying this at home, must be aware of how hot the heat gun is making the cars metal. You can easily bubble up the paint and ruin it. Be very careful when trying this

Kyle Roberts Yup. “Exotic” tax. But usually the parts are quality so it’s not disappointing once you have them. The initial purchase though is always a gut punch.

Its all about that OEM plush.
Since you are changing the struts I would opt for ones that would position the wing just as high but further back.

Im really wanting to do this with my GT4 but mine has complete PPF over the whole car so using a heat gun to take off the adhesive makes me nervous
It’s not bad - just keep even heat and using fishing wire to help break apart the adhesive.

As long as you like it, that's what really matters. Me, I would have left it alone. I think your car will be a tad slower with the new angle.
