I wanted to tell you how you inspired me to help out where it was very needed. My grand nephew has become very sick since the first of the year. He has been diagnosed with liver and pancreas failure and his prognosis is not good. His is 38 yrs. old. He and his wife have three children. He has been told he should not eat anything that has more than 2% sodium content per serving. His wife has her plate more than full. I took 3 days, went to their house with my kitchen appliance that I needed as well as hers, did research and found recipes and left them 3 days later with a freezer full of meals that she can just pull out , defrost and get on the table fast. Thank you Jammerill❤️
Anyone else here get done making all their freezer meals and then are so proud of all the work they did that you hesitate to start eating them? 💜🌵 😂😂😂😂
I cook for meals on wheels, normally 75-100 portions at a time and your methods totally inspire me. You’re the reason I know how to do this so thank you!
My niece who was born with a dairy allergy (grew out of it because we were vigilant with protecting her) now has a gluten allergy. I hear it's common if you were born with one food allergy another one can happen later on in life (she's 25). She can't touch a regular piece of bread without having a reaction. So now, we are vigilant again. Hopefully this isn't life long, but we do what is needed for the ones we love! Go Jamerrill!
You are absolutely incredible! ❤ When I watch your videos you inspire me to keep going with my own homesteading journey. Thank you for being such a wonderful caring mother to your husband and children in this modern day world we are living in.
You’re such an inspiration. I’m pregnant and unfortunately been extremely sick. I’m praying that I’ll be feeling stronger here soon and be able to tackle making my family freezer meals. Especially before the newest addition arrives.
My mom had a "grocery store" in her pantry and I loved it when she would send me to the "store" for things! Thank you for allowing our family to be "proud of us" even with little wins!❤
I made cabbage lasagne and my husband loved it. Been meaning to tell you. He loves cabbage but with cornbread and other yummy southern foods. When I mentioned what I was doing he made a face at me🤦♀️😂but then when he ate it he gave a big thumbs up of approval. Just did my own thing instead of following a recipe but just getting those ideas is awesome. ❤
Oh Jamerill, I admire your determination to give your family the best life. You must be the hardest working mum I’ve ever seen, and you just ooze love for your family. I love watching your videos as they are relaxing and your voice is so soothing, plus your enthusiasm is second to none. I hope you get the future you are working towards ❤
Well here I am again watching with zero connection to any of this. I have no kids and have no reason to ever cook like this but as usual I find it so fascinating to watch someone so calm and so through prepare all of it and still can't imagine all the time and energy it must take to achieve all that you do. I'm normally worn out by the end of your videos😂
Me to, I’m nearly 80so with only the 2 of us I have no need for any of this 😂 but I find it fascinating, all the work. I’ve invested in a Ninja Speedi. Airfryer, and with in 15 to 20 our meals are ready doesn’t matter what I’m cooking it does everything in one go, it also steams pasta and rice at the same time as airfrying the meat on top, it’s so easy, and just what I need at our time of life, I cannot stand for that long to do any batch cooking. One pot to wash all non stick, so I cook my husbands job is pack the dishwasher, then alls done.
I was a picky eater and still picky at times due to sensory issues. Thank you for not forcing your kids! My mom did similarly to you, she’d leave things out for me or I could make something else. I think that’s a nice balance.
you explaning how you have picky children and let them eat diffrent is healing my inner child. i would have loved that as a child. no child want to be a problem so letting them make their own food is just great
I love the journey you're on! Please do not feel if you have to make a Walmart run for jarred sauce or bread or whatever that you aren't living your dream. You're working towards a goal and that's so awesome! Love watching and learning!
So many yummy meals to have for those nights when you are too tired or too busy to cook an entire meal from scratch. BTW, I love that dress you are wearing.
VERY hot and humid here lately. I have been SO THANKFUL for my freezer meals. Already cooked and a short time to reheat without heating up the entire house. 😅I’ve been cooking in a baby kitchen for 20+years. I’m still dreaming!
I use to use cabbage for my lasagna noodles but was out at one time a couple of years ago...ended up using thinly sliced zucchini and it was so delicious thats all I use now. Try it!
Jammerrill I have been loving your summer dresses and your hair do up, You are so beautiful know matter what you wear and all the different hair styles and loving seeing you in all your hats Sorry for not texting you sooner but my husband of 48 yrs passed away on Jan.28th and it’s been hard but I want to ask you if you could please say a prayer for me 💖🙏 hearing you say always about God and amen fills my heart . He was 71 love to you Peggy ❤️❤️❤️
It was amazing watching you produce large family freezer meals in the baby kitchen. Total dedication. It is just the two of us left at home, but I still like to cook for more and portion freeze the rest. You always give such good ideas that I can adapt for us. Thanks, Jamerrill.
My 49 year old son was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease about 2 years ago. He’s not completely gluten free but he and his wife do their best in food preparation. He does travel overseas quite a bit with his job and that has been interesting. I didn’t think anyone else in my family had that problem but looking back my Mo Complained about her stomach bothering her. She was never tested for Celiac Disease but I’d bet she had it
I love catching little snippets when you leave something in instead of cutting it all out and starting over 😂 Benjamin is a great helper when mama needs to not hear the birdie while late night cooking!
For sure, by the time I get ready to publish the video it has been worked through multiple times and I’ve watched him multiple times. And sometimes the thing just Hass to publish and I can’t stand to watch it again because I’ve already watched it for four hours. 🤣🤣🤣
@@JamerrillStewart 🤣🤣 you still do an amazing job, mama ❤️ you work hard, it's very clear to all of us, and it's awesome to know you're still just as real as everyone else! ❤️😘
Congratulations on your 200th? freezer meal marathons. Its wonderful to see you cooking in your "Mega Mama Kitchen" after dealing with your baby kitchen.

You have been doing this for a long time. Thank you for being a light on here. Love the new dresses ❤ Amazing momma always resilient wherever God has you. A blessing.
I’m fairly new here so I’m just now finding out about cabbage lasagna but I will be making some this week! I regularly have roasters, instant pot, crock pot and oven going at the same time so I’m right here with ya Mama.
Good Morning! Thanks for the heads-up on Thread! I make so much food for my family of 13, and I have been cooking for over 26 years, and I learn new things every time I watch your videos! I love learning from you! Sending you love from Wisconsin!💕
I thought about you yesterday. We put 450# beef in the freezer. That's the biggest cow we've ever bought! Feels so good to have it put back. Now gotta get our raised beds going. Hubs finally agreed for us to get some chickens. I am over the moon. 😂 It's the little things.
Thank you for all you do! At one time I had 8 foster kids in my home and it was big batch cooking daily in my home. You are an incredible inspiration to so many women!
I love the roaster oven videos. i actually got one to cook for people during the height of covid and this channel is what convinced me to get these things to help and boy did they
Im a momma of 3 adult children 5 grandchildren and three great grandchildren, my oldest granddaughter lives with me and her 5 year old son. She does most of the cooking, but Jammerill you are the bomb! I love watching you cook, garden or whatever. Thank you for sharing your life with me its such a blessing!! As my father would say blessings on you!! Pam
Jam errill i want to sa y it's nice seeing you in Dresses it's it also nice seeing you Hubbie on the vlog love you guy's New Jersey here God bless you all 😘🙏🙏
First time I've watched your channel in the last few few months. I'm glad to see that you're back to doing the freezer meal preps and showing us how you're actually doing them. 😊
Most of these things can go on top of a microwave baked potato too. In the fall and winter when its chillier, young growing bodies are doing sports and chores, a small potato with a sauce or some left overs on it meets the need and often does very little to dampen the dinner appetite. Truth be told, cheaper than a lot if purchased snack foods, more satisfying, and often healthier.
I like your attitude "If you don't like what mom makes then make your own dish" I get a headache by listening to women talk about how picky her family is alone and I wondered if that life is worth it. but your comment really changed my perspective.
I’ve never tried cabbage lasagna..but I intend to try it!!! My kiddos are all out of the house…but I still love to cook and plan for easy days!! Keep up your good work!❤️
I love chili on top of a baked potato. This would stretch out your chili, thereby stretching your ground beef. It can be topped with some cheese, sour cream etc.
At one time I needed to go gluten free. It is a challenge but it is definitely doable. One suggestion to help is to get on a daily probiotic. The one that has helped me is culturelle digestive health. I hope your family sees some improvement 🙏❤️
My kids were not vegetable eaters. I smuggled grated carrot and zucchini and a lot of onion to stretch and get veggies into them in anything that had ground beef. Now I throw beans into the taco meat as well as red peppers and onions. I also can make onion stroganoff (rather than $$$ beef) and also done zucchini carbonara (no bacon) with cream, parmasaen cheese sauteed with garlic, onions and the zucchini.
Jamerill, may I just say you look stunning in that dress with your hair wrapped up. I was diagnosed coeliac in March. At 42, it's been quite an education and a shift in lifestyle . But the pain was awful, would break me out in sweat with pain. Things are improving now

Most gluten is hard on a lot of bodies and many physicians don’t like grains at all. Einkorn flour has a different gluten as it is an ancient grain and never hybridized. Some people do fine on einkorn but nothing else.
Random, but that egg stand you have is adorable! I’m the same mindset when it comes to accommodating the kids food preferences. There’s always fruits and veggies available if they don’t like something we’re eating, but I tend to focus on making meals that the kids like. 😉 I used to worry about picky eaters too, but I’m also noticing that they’re branching out the older they get so that gives me hope for my toddler. 😆
I have a friend with a severe gluten intolerance and she can have all things sourdough. And when she is in a hurry she uses einkorn flour or sprouted grain bread. It's expensive but sometimes you have time and sometimes you have money. 😂
I have a receipt you should try. Summer squash zucchini squash. Slice Sausage links, slice onions and spaghetti sauce with season. Yes you can freeze it. You can serve it with pasta or rice
Hi Jamerrill... Research about your sourdough starter and using einkorn flour. I have read that people you have gluten sensitivities are able to tolerate sourdough bread with the einkorn, as long as your ferment your dough long enough!!
Yes, I’ve been reading that as well! So far my gluten folks are handling the long fermented sourdough beautifully. I’m not using Einkorn yet, but the fermentation is breaking down much of the gluten.
Sure, and so glad you love the videos! As an example in this video, I could still eat the spaghetti sauce on top of THM approved noodles, which most of the time I do squash or zucchini. The chili, I would still eat as an E meal. For it to be perfect THM it would really need to be made with turkey burger but since it’s grass fed/grass finish/organic ground beef, I know it’s nourishing my body well. The taco meat I would also have with a low-carb mission wrap and make that an E meal. Worst case it would be considered a crossover, depending on the carb/fat ratios, and even that is still on plan. 💗💗💗

I have to figure out where to put more freezers lol. Mine are always completely full
I use a potato masher to mash my burger, etc. Works great for that and I've had the masher for 20 years or so.

I’ve been watching you for years, I absolutely love seeing you in your big kitchen :)

I could not wait to get back to a signal to watch way you get done!!💜🤗

So glad to see you again!! Indiana here. My daughter picked her first green beans. She was so excited.
Your baby 🐄 is adorable
😂 I always automatically wipe out anything before I use it too lol 😂 I thought I was the only one
At one time I needed to go gluten free. It is a challenge but it is definitely doable. One suggestion to help is to get on a daily probiotic. The one that has helped me is culturelle digestive health. I hope your family sees some improvement 🙏❤️
I have really missed you
You keep saying “as needed” then I found out you are a nurse! “This makes sense” I say to myself!
You go girl !! Your an amazing women. Enjoy all the vidoes.
Love your dress.
We need a garden update!!
I do alot of these meals too ! Never heard of cabbage lasagna though! 😀
Pampered Chef has the meat masher. I love mine. Love the big patch dinners you make !! 😀😀
I liked seeing over the years of your big freezer meals Thank You.
You could do eggroll bowls with Gr Bf.
Love your hair!
Jamerill, may I just say you look stunning in that dress with your hair wrapped up.
I was diagnosed coeliac in March. At 42, it's been quite an education and a shift in lifestyle . But the pain was awful, would break me out in sweat with pain. Things are improving now
Oh my gosh. The green onion powder makes me smile.
I wouldn't miss your videos Many times I watch them again I've admired how you share your lovely kitchen with all the family. It's a lovely family gathering room God bless.
Sois una familia grande?
I missed this one somehow watching now😊 hope you are doing good today.💛
I have a friend with a severe gluten intolerance and she can have all things sourdough. And when she is in a hurry she uses einkorn flour or sprouted grain bread. It's expensive but sometimes you have time and sometimes you have money. 😂
I have a receipt you should try. Summer squash zucchini squash. Slice Sausage links, slice onions and spaghetti sauce with season. Yes you can freeze it. You can serve it with pasta or rice
Sounds great!
I would just love to be a tiny fly on your wall and watch you cook, I am in such awwwwwww of this
We're getting Dexter cows this September! Dual purpose and small bodied. A2A2 as well!
Love watching you cook ALWAYS AWESOME 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love watching and getting inspiration!
How exciting. Happy 200th large batch cooking video.. 🎉
I love these big batch cooking videos the most!! I also love to hear how you adapt your meals to fit THM!!! ❤
I have an electric oven and I love it!
I’m making the cabbage lasagne this weekend and I can’t wait. Thank you jamerrill your just amazing ❤
Always love your cooking videos.
