- A short Sony a6700 cinematic at the beach in Zandvoort. Shot with Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 in 4K24 & SLOG3. This was the first time trying out SLOG3 and I love the end result when color grading it with 'Neutral' of Phantom Luts as a base. All shot handheld with some post video stabilization in Premiere Pro and the first shot in Catalyst Browse.

Thank you!
视频太棒了,色彩很美,画面柔和,继续创作❤
Stunning work
Beautiful shots and story! Love the cross-cutting with the dog at the end
Thanks a lot!
Another great video!
This one has a very peaceful and soothing feel to it. I think the chosen music is a worthy addition.
Love it!!!
Thanks a lot man! Yeah I love the music :)
Great storytelling skills, music choice and editing! Good job on the color grading!
Thanks a lot!
After 1 Years..
.!!❤❤😊
Bravo 🙌 👏👏Love it
I subbed because of your ability to tell a story. I plan to have this exact camera and lens in re coming weeks.. Excellent job.
Thanks a lot! It's a great versatile combo.
Die intro is so satisfying om te kijken.
Thanks man!
really cool! I love your touch
Thanks a lot!
I love this!! Keep posting!
Thanks a lot man!
You know how to use this camera. Gives me confidence in purchasing it. Thank you.
Oh my god! you are amazing storytelling, you have shown that words are useless
Thank you so much!
Great video!
Did you use any filter on Camera??
Thanks! Yes, I used an Urth 2-32 Variable ND filter.
@@KaspervanDijk Thanks a lot!
Hi, great video. The dog is so cute. Are you still enjoying your Sony A6700? Do you recommend it with its current price point? I am currently looking to upgrade to a new video camera. I am a simple hobbyist. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Thank you! Yes I still love the versatility of the a6700 + sigma 18-50. It's a great option if you don't need full frame.
@@KaspervanDijk thank you for the reply. I really appreciate it. I don’t really need full frame. I am simply a hobbyist. The a6700 seems the best at the moment. Thank you.
Great footage and good editing pace! I have a question: how did you stabilize your footage? Was it just handheld or did you use a gimbal, for example?
Thank you! It was all handheld with 1-5% warp stabilizer for some shots. And only the first shot was stabilized with Catalyst Browse.
Beautiful shots! Been really think about upgrading to the a6700. Have you encountered any over heating issues when doing these kinds of videos, non continuous just shorter shots?
Thanks man! For this kind of shooting, no. Happened one time while filming a dance performance in 4K24/4K60 almost non-stop for about an hour. But since I changed "Auto Power OFF Temp" to "High" I have no more problems.
потрясающий фильм ! хочу приобрести этот обьектив для своей камеры ! а вы пробовали профиль с- синетон ?
Thanks! Yes I did. It's a good profile if you want to minimize color grading, but you compromise on dynamic range.
@@KaspervanDijk Thanks ! 👍
Amazing video! Would you recommend the sigma 18-50 over the sony 18-105? I dont know which to buy
Thank you! On a camera without IBIS I would get the 18-105, but if you have a camera with good IBIS and you don't need the extra reach the Sigma is the best option. Especially wide open it's optically great.
Amazing shots 🙏your content is so inspiring 👌 did you think about some Tutorials? Would be nice to learn from your skills!
Thanks a lot! I'm not great at making tutorials, but when I feel confident enough about my workflow I may make some
24 or 30fps?
24fps
nice video brod. where u bought the lut?? i cant find... ty in advance
Thanks! I bought it on the website of Joel Famularo. It's part of ‘Arri Look 5 Pack'.
is this lens better than the tarmon 17-70??
Never used the Tamron, so can't say anything about that one. The Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 is great though.
How good is the IBIS for handheld videos ? I'm currently on an XT4 and not really satisfied with the IBIS on it
It's better then what I was used to with the a6500, especially with non-stabilized lenses. Don't expect gimbal like footage (when walking), but with a little post stabilization you can get great handheld shots.
Wow nice look what file format did u use?
Thanks! I used XAVC HS 4K in 10 bit 4:2:0 with SLOG3.
@@KaspervanDijk thanks!
@@KaspervanDijkdid you switch from Cine4 to S-log3 in general or just for this Video?
I love the dynamic range of SLOG3 so I think I have switched yes haha.. Although I'm still experimenting and learning@@aronboemelburg
@@KaspervanDijk why not use 10 bit 4:2:2?
Are you using V60 or V90 SXDC Cards for recording video?
I'm using V30 cards, but I don't recommend it. If you want to shoot 4K 120p you have to use a V90 card.
Did you do any noise reduction for this footage?
No noise reduction
any issues on overheating a6700?
Since I changed "Auto Power OFF Temp" to "High" I have no more overheating problems. Before that it happened only once while filming 4K24/4K60 almost non-stop for about an hour.
Hi Kasper, very good video.
Any experience when filming 4K/60 in relative hot conditions (30 degree’s). I mean real live filming and not non-stop filming .. Thx!
it dont have that much rollingshutter
Is this 24p or 30p timeline?
Shot, edited and exported in 24fps.
