I like your idea of trying a solo run with each weapon and then ranking how they did. The ammo thing? I don't think anybody would care if you cheated ammo for them, including for Mr. Zircon. The challenge of such runs is seeing if the weapons can pull off each section/fight of the game, and while ammo consumption is a realistic factor of this, I wouldn't call it a very exciting or interesting one. I'm sure next to nobody would care if you left that factor out, especially since it would let us witness how the weapons do for a full run of the game and if the run gets stuck at any point for a more interesting reason. (I mean, that boss fight you did demonstrates that even if you had infinite ammo, you'd still need patience and effort to get through it. Infinite ammo does not ruin the effort and challenge.)
Congrats on the one success at least. I don't know if this applies in the Future series, but I know of a baked in mechanic for the PS2 era R&C games that would definitely help these runs. PS2 (& maybe PS3) R&C has adaptive difficulty, so if you die ten times in any area, or on any boss, the damage, health, & armor values for enemies in that era get much easier for the player to handle. I know speedrunners use this to make the bosses in UYA easier especially. It would take some testing but might make some of the failed runs more viable?
Hi, I have a proposition if interested for some re attempts. 1: the save you beat the game with must have no more than the minimum gun purchases, this will lower the odds of getting unusable ammo. 2: you should attempt to grind the level up in the places you can to keep integrity of the challenge. 3: you could provide an alternate challenge, maybe attempt the saves with lower difficulty but also have 0 armor upgrades? (I know this likely is no good but would be interesting to see how low you need to set the bar for it to work)
You should generate that Ratchet And Clank PS4 wrench only run, and only employ weapons when absolutely compulsory to progress (unless you utilize glitches) I personally think a " melee only" challenge is only lost if you deal damage to enemies that would have otherwise been skipable/defeatable.
@@obscurevideogameruns6250 I see. Really liked the story, I mean I haven't played it, but I saw like all cutscenes and stuff on UA-cam. I was playing Call of Duty 2 recently and the ambiance is pretty cool, like your teammates are always saying something , telling each other to take cover or cover them while they reload, Russian campaign even had female soldiers often. Never saw this part of Call of Duty 2 ever discussed really.
Maybe it’s cheating, but if you could, perhaps manually aiming away from Vorcelon and shooting another gun in the opposite direction could trigger ammo respawns faster for Zurkon. Minor addendum for ACiT
im wondering, will we get update on this run (or any other run from that game) since rift apart is going to release on pc [assuming you have good pc and assuming you never had/dont have a ps5]
I don't have a good PC unfortunatly. I edit everything on a Macbook Pro and record on ps3 or ps5. The reason Rift Apart is not in this video is because Mr Zurkon is not in that game as a weapon. He runs the Battleplex there
Sorry but i did an pure 100% on this game but no Infinite Ammo cheats...sadly would've been neat as an last unlockable cheat (A Crack In Time) i don't even think any ratchet games have an inf ammo cheat
I dont even like cheeses, I only did 2 pretty much forced cheese runs on destiny 2 to be able to join a day 1 raid team on scourge of the past... but 97 legit of the same raid and around 550 in total... so yes... I also would rather teach people the raid for 12-18 hours straight than cheese or glitch and I did sometimes too. Not often as I could usally carry or teach them quickly, but... some people you know... and sometimes there was like 12 leavers so had to re teach over and over lol
Mr. Zurkon, a true family robot. Great video on an absurdly difficult challenge.

I care 😎
5:59 You could just shoot the other weapons to the wall until you get Mr. Zurkon
As a Dutchy, I struggle watching Dutch-English youtubers, but I will say, your video's are kinda lit.
Snap ik man, ik hoor het zelf soms ook hoor
So no decino?
YES YES YES! I have never clicked so fast.. You don't have Any idea how long i have Been waiting For a new video! Thank you

I wouldn't mind seeing you use Razor blades or lighting wipe from Tools of destruction as a run
Glad to see you upload man. I'm still holding out for that new Rayman video lol
Currently making two. Have already finished scripting one of them. It's coming!
Enjoyed it a lot as usual 😁

I have an idea for a run.
Tools of destruction but you can't reload/ collect ammo
Basically did that. Check out my wrench only run! :)
@@obscurevideogameruns6250 what I mean is that you can shoot but if you run out of ammo you can't use that weapon for the rest of the game
What if you went into ToD with full ammo?
Great video fellow dutchie!
The ... SPOILER ALERT UNDER ABOUT MR ZURKON
the Zurkon Family is the best part, such disrespect back and forth also Mama Zurkon big as fuck boi
How about doing a Zurkon + Wrench only run?
Bro, thats actually a sick idea
@Danko @@obscurevideogameruns6250 Was thinking the same idea!! Will you do it??
I wonder?
Are you a maschoist? You know, like Markiplier. XD
😂😂
Yo new vid , and thankfully UA-cam notifs worked so I'm not 4 weeks late or something. Btw have you played God of War Ragnarok? Random question I know

maybe you should've asked r/ratchetandclank if they would join you on the online match in Q-force
Never thought of that! Good idea!
YES NEW VIDEO!
You should have more views your challenges are so difficult compared to other channels
