Suggestion - make video on under construction and ready to move project end to end process if possible with all scenarios covered like loan process, old property loan closure, documents to ask while selling a property from buyer, how to verify builder and projects credentials, taxes involved, transfer charges etc....

It is perfect for people on budget who travel to delhi for work but doesn't make sense to buy luxury flat. Nearby all area is high density and it is now taking 30 mins to reach Noida sector-62 in peak office hours due to auto mafia on NH24 side lanes.

I don't think there is any acceptance even for CRC or Steller. It is more like an investor money. Investors preference is different from end users. I heard similar things about sector 10-12 greater noida but I can't see much movement. It's ok if everything is getting sold but like the county group they always resale 80% inventory again to End Users, this is not possible for all developers.

Let CRC build this project and we can argue back here again.
