Price will increase but at a stagnant rate.

Read the logic below and if you think the rate should be below 5k Or around 5k then you are not thinking wisely.
If a rate is already established in a micro market, it is highly unlikely that a builder's launch price will be lower than that. This practice hasn't changed; even before RERA, properties were sold in a similar manner, with rates often revised during the pre-launch phase. This EFFECT is due to FOMO and that's the main reason projects are being sold in a pre-launch phase.

Too high maintenance in veridia if it is 14000/- per month
As per Veridia sales office executives / channel partners, maintenance is 7K for 4 BHK floors, and 14K for 5 BHK Sky Villas, respectively.
Overall the project is nice with quality construction and materials.
