Will E85 need bigger injectors and more pump? If so wait on that, if not add that next. Do as many simple boltons as you can so the average guy who can do some of his own work can see what simple boltons will get. Maybe a ported throttle body should be next?
On E85, we will probably need injectors, but the stock pump will work. We are going to do a ported intake soon, so will look into a TB as well. Thank you
Spec wise on the red-hot doesn't seem far off from a decent centri camshaft. So even down the road if he goes procharger like mentioned previously could potentially be a case for this car, would be good to see NA build then with boost.
@nufnuffz28 I haven't been following the BTR stuff as much lately I know he revised everything and been seeing each make more power. Haven't seen slips pop up of red hot yet but we will soon enough. Seems last couple of years everyone been busy and changing stuff around or stopped racing. I'd love to be racing again but lately focal point been family and work so the car is strictly on daily duty. I have been eye balling d1x stuff
I like the "one thing at time" approach. Like seeing a kid grow and interesting what gains a single change if any does. Btr red-hot v2 cam, rod mod ls3 intake and then your choice of heads. I'd really like to see some milled tfs 255 ls3 heads on there being that everyone does stock ported castings but it's your car and your 💰! Look forward to the updates
