Pypes HDR140S LT headers when video was made were on sale for 360.0 at:

-This came with manifold gaskets and Stainless flange bolts

-A lot of the forums say OEM gaskets are best so thats what i went with

Removable Loctite
2 - 2.5" ID exhaust sleeves
4 - 2.5" exhaust U bolts
***HELP*** Im about to put some headers on my G8 GT but about a week ago me and a friend were working on his Silverado putting headers on there and one of his bolts broke and now he's in that boat n got quoted $1500 to get the broken part removed so instead to save money he is just going to buy a new head but now we are super nervous about doing mine and having a bolt break lol so my question is how hard is it to remove those bolts?? Obviously without seeing it its kinda hard to say but to give you as much info as possible its a 09 with 150000 miles not driven to the ground but raced once in awhile and also most of all if you had any tips or tricks or magic spells/dances to have the best chance of not breaking a bolt??
Do you have to get the car tuned or tune out the cats if you just put long tubes to a cat back system

You happy with the stage 1 cam?
Yes and no, I'm making 425 to the rear wheel which is pretty good but I'd like to be at around 500. The cam sounds pretty good but the chop of a even a stage 2 cam is so much better. With the dod delete, cam, and tune I get about 12-14 mpg, for me I don't care about mpg cause I drive it like 50 miles a week, but I've heard of guys getting in the single digits on mpg with bigger cams.
SleeperG8 I was thinking stage 2 as well gotta look at what’s gonna pass CA emissions though... 425 wheel with exhaust cam and tune isn’t bad when you can do most the work yourself. Thanks for posting the install

Was thinking about doing mine until he said 7 hrs!
Eh I did it in 2.5 hours. I already had a stainless catback though which made taking the bolts off underneath way easier
Wigletron just did mine today, wasn’t a perfect fit so we had to break out the BFH. Took me and my friend about 4hrs
