      I just added Fresh Ginger Root to my tea and within 3 days I cut my Undiagnosed hip pain 90%. I stopped taking OTC pain killers. I can not believe how fast it works. Just taking one day at a time with my new hip pain.

    so I do kinesiology and was having some lung issues. I have a vial for the lungs and tested it with a concoction I had made and the muscle testing showed good for the lungs. The concoction was Ginger, lemon and Thyme. To understand which items was actually helpful for the lungs I tested each item separately and they all show good for the lungs. I'm just amazed as this is pretty much confirming my findings on Ginger. Thought I would pass it on to those who may be interested in healing their lungs.

      @Nancy L, please could you elaborate on your ginger protocol to get rid of varicose veins? My father is in his 50s(smoker) and got really huge bulging varicose veins behind the knees and calf muscles. How much fresh ginger you used with how much water, did you infuse it or boil it, covered or not? How many ginger teas per day? In how many weeks/months you got healed completely?
      Did you take anything else? Did you modify your diet in any way, besides adding the ginger tea?
      Thank you

    • @Catlady2012
      @Catlady2012 4 роки тому +1

      @@incorectulpolitic I had large spider veins not the bulging type your father has. I would boil about a pound of organic ginger chopped in a 5 quart pot for 15 minutes. Let it cool then sprain and pour in a gallon jar. Add water if needed to fill to the top. No sugar or honey. Chill in refrig and drink throughout the day. Drink will be strong but that is what you want. It took me about a month until I started to see some results. It may take longer for others depending on the severity of veins. In some cases perhaps surgery might help.

      Sing! Blowhard/angry with suppressed emotions - more pressure. It's not a malfunction, it's a physical manifestation. Accept what you know you have to, incrementally. Speak up against tyrants in your life, or become one yourself. But chances are low that you/they will change & venture humbly. We are all human, this is why I know this. Anti-hypertension meds will kill & pain you.

    OUR CREATOR ELOHIM YAHWEH💝 and MESSIAH KING YAHSHUA💝Jesus's real Hebrew NAME that means YAHWEH SAVES💝told us in HIS WORD that " the fruit of the vine and the herb of the field would be for food and medicine for you"💝our CREATOR was so kind to put healing properties in the food HE designed for us to eat. Spinach and garlic heals the heart 💝 but you need to eat or juice it raw so the vitamins and enzymes that heal our bodies are still present💝 thank you and may our GLORIOUS CREATOR ELOHIM YAHWEH bless and keep you💝 PSALM 91:14

      Yes. Look up recipes for spices Chai tea. I mess around with all sorts of different types of loose leaf teas and Chai is perfect with ginger added. Do that with clove, cinnamon, and milk. You'll have a perfect drink for health.

      I added too much in my vegetable juices and it made me bleed from the arse. A chunk of it is good enough.

    It's considered this and considered that. How about telling us what the science says, not what someone believes or considers? Ginger is an amazing spice, but don't go by what just anyone tells you.
