I like the block textures, that's a pretty nice touch. It would be neat if the level was styled more like a stage play though, since SMB3's supposed to take place on a theater stage. It'd be quite cool to have little references like stage lights or curtains near the end/start. Otherwise, looks nice.
You knocked it out of the park with this one. If you're going to make a world 1 hack, don't do it yourself. Hire help if you need to, or else you'll get burned out fast. I've seen too many talented people gas out from reaching their goals because they took up a task too big for one person. It'd suck if this hack never saw the light of day again. So please join some sort of discord and make this happen, I'd love to play a full World 1 hack :D
SMB3 1-1?! The absolute MADLAD! AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT BOOM BOOM! (also from SMB3) Edit: This game is packed with SMB3 references, I played Mario 3D Land before playing SMB3, so I didn't notice many of the references...
@@CybooYT i wonder... ive never attempted this but what if i use a super mario 3D land editor and replace the files for one of the levels with these files, and then repack the file as a .3ds, can it be played on console?

Don't worry about the 1 world hack. Its going smoothly right now and honestly I am able to handle a 1 world hack
