That is a really cute fox. They are so much fum at that age and even when they get bigger. I have one, he just turned 4. They are a handful to keep indoors. Wish your friend the best raising the fox.
Loki has a facebook "loki redfox" dedicated entirely to him from is his point of view, besides his youtube channel. We take him out and about the town. Always trying to bring awareness that they are not dogs and and need a lot of patience and special care to have one.
Hey Caitlin here I wanted to see what some people said about this video and so I scrolled down and saw your comment and I was like "OH MY GOD yes!" XD I love that game so much.
Thank you to you & your friend for giving us this rare glimpse into such an incredibly happy, well cared for, & obviously extremely loved little guy's play time!!! It is abundantly obvious how at ease this fox is by simply reading his body language! His happiness just can't be contained! To see him prance, hop, & explore made us smile, watching him have fun. Thanks again!!! P.S.-I almost never write comments. This is probably my 3rd since UA-cam's inception, but given the circumstances I felt compelled. Don't let ignorance seep in...turn a deaf ear to those who weren't taught "Brain 1st, Body (which includes mouths) 2nd."
To anybody that makes some fuss about him having a fox: were I fox I would want to be in this ones situation, it has space, good owners, and one hell of a lot more stable a life than a wild one would have. It doesn't have to worry about mange or rabies, finding food, dealing with large predators, or any of the general maladies that would come with living in the wild.
Beautiful little vixen. I'm glad you put the disclaimer in ur description because people can be friggin numskulls and say whatever comes to their mind. Keep making these vids, she looks really happy with you guys, I love how she hides behind your friend like she's her mama. They have a lovely bond. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Cute little rascal, I think it's really cool your friend has a fox for a pet. I wish I had a pet of my own, not a fox necessarily (although I think that would be really cool) I simply don't have room. They say pet ownership is one of the greatest joys there is.
OMG SO CUTE AND FLUFFY!!!!!!!!! I really want to take her as my own and just hug it and never let her go. Its nice to see/hear a guy have a soft spot :) And the way she runs , slides, jumps, hides in the curtains and its so cute how she gets shy. Foxs are very shy…. I just want to cry:')
aptwo Is reading the updated description really that hard? This. Isn't. My. House. Knock it off with the "Is this your house?" BS, I'm sick of it. Any more crap and you're blocked.
aptwo Is that part on the description that says, "The fox, Ifrit, belongs to my friend. My friend lives in HER parent's house, which is their retirement home."?
We're keeping and breeding those for 4 years already - both red foxes and arctic foxes - and boy, I wish more people saw them as something more than just fur! Beautiful, amazing animals and fun companions!
Sapphiresenthiss Bluescales They sure are. Beautiful, rambunctious, energetic, playful and exceptionally intelligent. Not to mention how bloomin' affectionate they are if you treat them right.
Sapphiresenthiss Bluescales It makes me so angry that people can't see that these brilliant creatures are more than just fancy trinkets for human enjoyment. They have lives and personalities just like we do. They are beautiful animals that deserve the treatment we have.
FloofyCatGaming Indeed! I'm a very open minded person, so I can understand some people live from keeping them on fur farms, but... For fucks sake, treat the damned animals properly! What I see on some fur farms here, makes me sick to the bone. Lack of water during hot days, broken legs, chewed off tails and ears...
So cute. I had a Grey fox pet once. Was fun watching it grow up and realizing it had more cat like tendencies than dog. Example how it could scale a tree like a squirrel. Mine was indoor/outdoor free but when in the house it would use a cat box most of the time. 2nd choice was my feather pillow... Ugh I soon learned that his territory inside was floor to ceiling and all points in between. Thanks for the great video and anyone lucky enough to have had that experience will never forget it or regret it. They're hysterically entertaining.
What a beauty of an animal! Love these creatures and I'm sure the people who own her must feel very lucky. They've become quite a common site around London because I saw one near Holborn and a family of some near Kentish Town
So very cute!!! At this age, all they want to do is play. I hope she has some dog, cat, or fox companions. I've seen foxes on a small trampoline too, and they are riotously funny jumping up and down, ha, ha, ha! We could use some more videos like that.
I love the description! I hate how people think that saving potentially endangered species from extinction is cruel and yet somehow in their eyes hunting wild animals until they no longer exist is apart of "life". Which is totally immoral because if people didn't do everything they possibly can to destroy Earth for money then over 99,000 species of critically endangered animals wouldn't be endangered and wouldn't even need to rely on the human breeding programs to survive. They are so stupid that they think that allowing the 99,000 critically endangered species go extinct would protect the human race from extinction. If anything its the so-called "animal activists" that should go extinct because they have literally no fucking clue what they are even talking about because they are too busy sitting down with their fingers up their asses to Google the facts! Plus I think that if keeping an animal as a pet is cruel then a massive percentage of those "animal activists" shouldn't even have pets of their own.
Thankfully foxes are of Least Concern, and are plentiful throughout most of the continents; foxes raised in captivity live five times as long on average.
She's so fluffyyyyyy oh that little tail! Foxes are so unique from dogs it's so cool. Been watching kitten videos all day and this is, by far, the cutest thing I've seen.
Hyperactive little bugger, ain't she? x) Very cute! Plus it looks like your friend met her in person before buying her, judging by how playful she is with your friend in particular. Good move on her part!
Awww.. She's so Adorable. I would love a fox and a Raccoon too! I love when they put their ears back, it's so cute.. lol. I don't like when people refer to any animal as a nuisance, They all should be respected, from the smallest to the biggest. I have a pet Rat & Gerbil right now. .. Thxx for sharing and what a nice hard wood floor and room!
the_randomizer OH But I'm into animal right's ,I just don't know why this video would bother them. I know they are a wild animal (some believe they should be kept there)but many of these animal rescuers and places that help animals have many animals like that. some they let back in the wild and others they get homes or keep. My personal feeling is that If someone can give an animal a good home(depending on the animal) why not... These imported animals from Africa etc.. go through too much stress and should be left alone. Anyways If I could I'd love a Raccoon :)
Cool video. There're foxes in my neighborhood & a breeding couple came into my yard after my dogs came in for the night & began crying. Loved the interaction. They keep the neighborhood free of mice & rats.
I see nothing wrong here but a happy little healthy and rich fox not having to rough it out in the wild looking for food. Its fed, its warm, and its happiness shows the way its being cared for. I also read your info and idk why people do not read or read and still act foolish. Kids do have access to the internet-Big kids and small kids alike and should be treated as such. I enjoyed this. I am sure many of did. I am just speaking out against all the immaturity. I would also ignore them or disable comments all together. Anyone who thinks this exotic is abused is not all there. Im sure the fox is in good hands. Abused animals have a different demeanor-sickly, un-energetic, unmotivated, slow, tired and rough looking as well as malnourished and fur can look uncared for- they look hungry and the eyes says it so as well as saying how worried it is about its life-animals eyes says ALOT about how their current state of ell being is. foR EXAMPLE, A RABBIT shows complete contentment and bliss through their squinted eyes. how does this describe this fox I have no idea. But if it looks happy, walks and acts happy-I. am. certain-its pretty much HAPPY ^__^ Such a cute happy fox. Happy its well taken care of. Yehua bless you all
Aww, thank you! I'm glad you love the videos, she really is as sweet happy little foxy!! My voice is good for that? Huh, perhaps I should record my voice and start making those kinda videos. What kind of let's play videos should I work on? Old school games, PC games? I'm curious ;)
DiodeSpectrum Don't have much of those, but I've plenty of games like Skyrim, Splinter Cell (1 and 3), but nothing along the lines of indie games unfortunately... One of these days, I hope my let's play videos get views lol ;) :D
+Liam Lefebvre Oh I agree, animals are extremely therapeutic, studies show that being around animals, especially super cute ones, triggers oxytocin, a reduction in cortisol (anxiety-related hormone), and lowered blood pressure :D
OMG so cute. I have heard are highly intelligent and get into everything! LOL That they figure out how to open doors and like to "steal" stuff, just to see if they can. I bet the puppies are out of control.
They pick up things with their teeth and open doors with their paws, if possible. I've seen cats do it, too. No, it's not raccoons I'm thinking of. I'm sure it's foxes.
To the man who posted this video: Having read your comments in the “about this video” section, especially the part about owning a fox as a pet and the judgmentalism of people regarding the supposed (im)morality of it, I just had to say, I think anybody who wants to keep a fox as a pet should do so, proudly and without shame, nor should anybody give such a person any grief for doing so. As the caretakers of this world and all its creatures, we humans have the right to make use of animals, even wild ones, so long as it doesn't cause harm. And what harm is there in taming and making a pet out of a fox? What a privilege your friend has!
I agree completely, but in some places the law doesn't agree. And the RSPCA certainly doesn't, having taken away one from a loving family, with no warning or notice beforehand, whilst letting abusive pet owners carry on.
A fox does not become a pet simply by taming it... it needs to be domesticated. domesticating a wild animal takes decades of selective breeding. If you want to have a domesticated pet fox so badly, go to russia and buy one at the institute of cytology and genetics, where they've domesticated foxes for the last 50 years. pls don't imprision undomesticated, wild animals. they belong into their natural habitat, not into your living room.
locking up a wild animal can cause unpredictable behavior. it's the same as keeping a baby lion. why would they allow people to do something so risky? a wild animal is a wild animal, no matter if it's a fox, a lion, a wolf, a bear... these animals are not pets. As I mentioned before, you want e pet fox? go to russia, buy one. the ICG SB RAS is the only institution in the world that sells truly domesticated pet foxes. you won't find them anywhere else...
Such a beautiful majestic animal, even tho the fox may not be yours the fact that the fox is willing to talk and be with you is more than enough. I ran a rescue for wild animals and foxes were my favs
I really enjoyed watching the little cutie! I love in north carlolina and have bout few acres of land ,perfect for a little foxy companion! I just skimmed through some of theses comments, oh god nothing but mindless negitive assumptions . Freaking ridiculous!
People are idiots and want to give me flack for advocating responsible fox ownership, so I try to keep the comments under control, though some AR Nazis still seem to slip through.
the_randomizer sorry about the BS your getting anyway love the video she is so cute I wish I could get one! I don't have the time and responsibility tho ☺
i love it. a tiny fox running around a very small sports hall. i think keeping them is ok. no worse than a cat or dog. and they are not endangered so why not. as far as the fox is concerned its a good life. they are lucky to see their first birthday in the wild, and are almost certain to end up run over, poisoned, trapped, hunted by dogs, shot, or starve (but not necessarily in that order lol). but in captivity they could live 10 years and never go hungry or get injured.
it's disgusting to think that people think it's ok to hunt and kill and innocent animal it's MURDER!!! these sick bastards don't deserve a life!!! lovely to see him being free as he should be!!!
I love Foxes and all wildlife. I hope you take care of her well. What really upsets me is how some so called humans treat foxes and other wildlife. To think that someone could trap them in painful traps and club them to death for their fur makes me sick! I hope those who see how intelligent and nice these animals are will pressure their legislators to ban the trapping and killing of these beautiful animals!
I love foxes and long she got love forever and never gave up then I totally see nothing wrong with raising them . with the evil in world today and hunters I see nothing wrong with raising one again long as it's FOREVER home and never gave up and treated with love and part of a family
There are a number of reputable fox breeders that breed tame foxes for pets. If your friend is caring for the fox and meeting the little guy's emotional and physical needs, I don't see how anybody can make a stink of this. Foxes love humans. They're very closely related to dogs. Dogs love humans too. Some people operate on a trigger that clicks without them having to think. A simple google search will show that if the breeder is reputable and kind and the owner is educated and loving, the fox will thrive. But finding this out would require both patience and critical thinking skills. And this is UA-cam so I'm not sure why you're surprised at the number of no nothing know it alls ;)
+Isosceles Kramer (groovylocks) I still think it's somewhat stupid, to keep foxes as pets... Humans do what they want, they want to own EVERYTHING...and if something doesn't fit..it will be changed so that it fits -.-
It's not wrong to keep (bred in captivity or by a breeder :D) wild animals such as monkeys, raccoons, foxes as pets!! Unless you abuse them or give them a tiny cage or keep them in that cage all day...good pet owners show care for their pet and their pet loves them like a dog! My pet birds, which are not even as smart as mammals, all have different personalities and "communicate" in finch language with me! I can tell you, they are perfectly happy and NOT being abused, and it's completely ok to keep them! Just like keeping and taking care of a fox!
the_randomizer If cuteness was illegal, I think she would be one of the biggest felons ever! ...And that is a good thing!! Awwww lookit her little faaaaace :3!!!!
My only issue with this (aside from the whole "wild animal" thing) is that people will look at this video and think taking care of a fox is the same as taking care of any canine. They don't realize how much care and space is needed, or how destructive foxes can get if they're not taken care of properly, and then they realize their mistake too late and end up getting rid of it. People don't do their research. They just see something cute and get impulsive.
I enjoyed your video. I'd have to give it a thumbs even if it were only for your Information section. You realize, if you have comments posted which you feel are inappropriate or offensive, you are right to remove them ... of course. You can also set comments up for your approval before they're posted. Free speech is all well and good, but some people would go into a crowded theatre and scream, "AK-47, RUN". It's sad, but true. Of course, they'd probably be arrested, and rightly so ... that's not free speech, and many UA-cam comments go beyond free speech as well. But, unlike the fool in the theatre, they feel shielded by anonymity.
+smart451cab It's a damned if I do damned if I don't situation; I like hearing people who say the enjoyed the video, and conversely, I always here people bellyaching and advocating for extremist AR groups, denouncing my videos for "promoting" pet foxes. Foxes that have been ranch raised and socialized are legal in 24 states across the continental US, people are quick to jump the gun and assume that pet foxes are taken from the wild forcibly; this is illegal and immoral on many levels. I personally don't have any issues with fox ownership as long as it's done legally and the owner 100% responsible for its care. That being said, some comments on here do unfortunately get the better of me, and I do thank you for your comment.
Still miss my fox, Charlie. found him as a tiny cub by his mother and siblings who'd been mown down by a car. He grew to the ripe old age of 15, and I did get some odd looks when taking him for his walks ! He was terrified of pheasants LOL !!
+River Huntingdon He sounds like he was a real sweetheart of a fox, something I've come to learn about foxes I interact with via friends and sanctuaries. 15 years is a very good lifespan for a fox, and I know it must be hard still, animals can and will show a deep love for humans. He also sounds like a real ham lol!
That is a really cute fox. They are so much fum at that age and even when they get bigger. I have one, he just turned 4. They are a handful to keep indoors. Wish your friend the best raising the fox.
Awww, such a cute name, I'm actually on a few fox groups on Facebook as well so I follow at lot of peoples' updates on the super cute foxes ^_^
Loki has a facebook "loki redfox" dedicated entirely to him from is his point of view, besides his youtube channel. We take him out and about the town. Always trying to bring awareness that they are not dogs and and need a lot of patience and special care to have one.
DAMNIT! I came to youtube to look at the moon landing in '69, but how can I not fucking click on a video called "Happy baby fox running around!"?!
Looks like he's happy to be out of pirates cove
What?
I see what you did there.
the_randomizer Theres a game called five nights at freddy's, and theres a fox named foxy who lives in Pirates Cove.
XxTatDaxX Lol okay XD
Hey Caitlin here I wanted to see what some people said about this video and so I scrolled down and saw your comment and I was like "OH MY GOD yes!" XD I love that game so much.
Thank you to you & your friend for giving us this rare glimpse into such an incredibly happy, well cared for, & obviously extremely loved little guy's play time!!! Not my fox, my friends fox :3
I have such a big smile that it is now hurting my face.
such beautiful animals foxes are
Your friends are very lucky to have a pet fox. Wish I had a fox as a pet.
your friend's fox looks so cute XD
Beautiful little vixen. I'm glad you put the disclaimer in ur description because people can be friggin numskulls and say whatever comes to their mind. +Pashaski P that's ruff man...
+Kris Clay Cats can actually be happy in pretty small places as long as you give them attention and places to climb. :)
+missbunniswan Thanks 4 the info, I have actually been thinking about adopting a cat from a local shelter.
That is a HUGE room.
WHERE DID YOU GUYS GET THIS ADORABLE LITTLE FLUFFY FLUFFBALL OF JOY AND HAPINESS?!?!??!? I WANT ONE!!!
That fox is so graceful the way it moves~!
Why is it so hard for people to realize that she's my friend and this isn't my house and that I was the one who recorded the video?

This is by far the most adorable little mischief maker I've ever seen. :3 She's such a springy little thing too :D
Why is everyone complaining it's so cuuuuuuute LOOK AT ITS FAAAAAACE
That's what I want to know. What is up with all of this whining? Baby Foxy is happy, what's the problem?

Now, that's a nice room / apartment. I guess there's something wrong with me that I was paying more attention to the apartment, right? :)
She's buitifull! Most Foxes don't like humans stroking them. Yours is cute and friendly!
😍
Love her black boots - very stylish.
What a sweetie! She looks happy and engaged and it's nice that she gets exposed to different people. Thank you for sharing.
Plenty of energy... it seems we all say... wait for it... CUTE.

Is there one person on earth that wont get that reference
the fox looks so happy, so cute, and Lady Gaga in the background is amazing too.
beautiful creature. also, i've lived in apartments smaller than this room lol
Cool video. There're foxes in my neighborhood & a breeding couple came into my yard after my dogs came in for the night & began crying. Loved the interaction. They keep the neighborhood free of mice & rats.

nintendo1889x Anything you want.
PC indie games are what are really big right now.

nintendo1889x You can go onto your web browser and find gaming sites.
DiodeSpectrum Oh I know, it's just my game videos don't get many views :/
That's FRICKING adorable
They should use this as treatment for people with depression. Have them sit in a circle with a baby fox scampering around curiously.

You're thinking of raccoons. Foxes are very smart, but they don't have opposable thumbs.
They pick up things with their teeth and open doors with their paws, if possible. I've seen cats do it, too. No, it's not raccoons I'm thinking of. I'm sure it's foxes.
its so cute
Sarah rachels Such a sweet puffball :3 ^_^
I know its so CUTEEEEEEEEEEEEE you have to make more of it
Sarah rachels That can be arranged.
Sarah rachels I'm seeing some foxes on Saturday :3
She's precious. My face hurts from smiling so much. I'm envious!!! I want to play with her too!
DeeDee B I know, right? XD Such a hammy fox!
I love how you call her a "sweet little thing"
+Carla Clifford So? What's your problem?
No I meant that it's cute ^-^'
+Carla Clifford Sorry, I just have been getting a lot of not so great comments on here from haters and trolls...sorry.....
That's okay,I'd love to have a pet fox, mostly animals that wouldn't be recommended to have as pet
I mean pets lol
This is so adorable!! Wish I could play with the foxes like you can
To the man who posted this video: Having read your comments in the “about this video” section, especially the part about owning a fox as a pet and the judgmentalism of people regarding the supposed (im)morality of it, I just had to say, I think anybody who wants to keep a fox as a pet should do so, proudly and without shame, nor should anybody give such a person any grief for doing so.
Oozaru85 foxes are not dangerous
Ethan Lamoureux exactly
Such a beautiful majestic animal, even tho the fox may not be yours the fact that the fox is willing to talk and be with you is more than enough. I ran a rescue for wild animals and foxes were my favs
Wes Chambers Foxes are truly unique and amazing animals :3
the_randomizer they really are, they are loyal like a dog and act and have certain characteristics of a cat. They truly are amazing.
end of the baby foxes so cute I love it it's so cute so cute☺😘😙😚😙😘😚
She acts just like a little pup!
Adorable.
Oh she really is, when I saw her doing this, I melted.
Google Plus Sucks Yellow Crusted Dick No one can resist the cuteness of a fox, being around them makes our bodies melt.
i love it. a tiny fox running around a very small sports hall.
i think keeping them is ok. no worse than a cat or dog. and they are not endangered so why not. as far as the fox is concerned its a good life. they are lucky to see their first birthday in the wild, and are almost certain to end up run over, poisoned, trapped, hunted by dogs, shot, or starve (but not necessarily in that order lol). but in captivity they could live 10 years and never go hungry or get injured.
it's disgusting to think that people think it's ok to hunt and kill and innocent animal it's MURDER!!! these sick bastards don't deserve a life!!! lovely to see him being free as he should be!!!
Very cute little fox, definitely my favorite animal! So much energy!
Welp I know what I want for Christmas
I love Foxes and all wildlife. I hope you take care of her well. What really upsets me is how some so called humans treat foxes and other wildlife. To think that someone could trap them in painful traps and club them to death for their fur makes me sick! I hope those who see how intelligent and nice these animals are will pressure their legislators to ban the trapping and killing of these beautiful animals!
she is sooooo cute
Oml, it's so adorable 😍😍
Now I want a pet fox...
awwwwwww a baby fox i want one
Plus dope apartment btw
ooooooo
+Isosceles Kramer (groovylocks)
I still think it's somewhat stupid, to keep foxes as pets... Humans do what they want, they want to own EVERYTHING...and if something doesn't fit..it will be changed so that it fits -.-
AuroraSnowflake I agree I love foxes but humans just wanna own everything
Oh goodness, it's paws are so cute. :D
So cute I want a fox now and foxes are my favorite animals
Kawaii Baby Fox from what I've learned, they are a LOT to handle.
Kawaii Baby Fox me too your so right I love foxes♡♡♡
beautiful fox,greetings from uruguay
That little Fox is cute
I love how much room you provided for the little guy , a very happy fox
Heh, she's not my fox but a friend's
It's not wrong to keep (bred in captivity or by a breeder :D) wild animals such as monkeys, raccoons, foxes as pets!! Unless you abuse them or give them a tiny cage or keep them in that cage all day...good pet owners show care for their pet and their pet loves them like a dog! My pet birds, which are not even as smart as mammals, all have different personalities and "communicate" in finch language with me! I can tell you, they are perfectly happy and NOT being abused, and it's completely ok to keep them! Just like keeping and taking care of a fox!
Awww such a cute, fluffy little scamp..!!! I want to pet and play with her too!!
She's such a playful little foxy!
the_randomizer If cuteness was illegal, I think she would be one of the biggest felons ever! ...And that is a good thing!! Awwww lookit her little faaaaace :3!!!!
Laura B She is a precious little kit :3
0:49 what are you doing to my left ear :O
+Totti Ngo Gee, so sorry my camera can't record in 5.1 channels -_-
+Palladin Ha ha, someone's a jerk off
My only issue with this (aside from the whole "wild animal" thing) is that people will look at this video and think taking care of a fox is the same as taking care of any canine. They don't realize how much care and space is needed, or how destructive foxes can get if they're not taken care of properly, and then they realize their mistake too late and end up getting rid of it. People don't do their research. They just see something cute and get impulsive.
I think its awesome. Domestication of something this cute shouldnt be legal, it should be MANDATORY lol. Thanks for the video =D
And poor guy...he keeps getting fox-blocked. :-)
I wish I could have a baby fox......... love the video, thanks for sharing.
adorable!
so cute :) That fox looks so happy and playful!
Ohh it's so cutie so so so soo cutie
My goodness how adorable!!! Sneaky little fox indeed!
That fox is so cute.
she's such a cute fox :) I'm glad she's loved and taken care of
PrincessSerena91 Me too, she is a sweetie!
Omg, im in love with that Fox. She's wonderful!
Iv'e been up close with wolves before but sadly never that close with foxes, absolutely beautiful animals with this little kit being no exception.
I love animals, I just don't understand why people argue with me about foxes being pests, they are as perfect pet!
