What do you want to bet that most people who support Trump don't even know any of this, because they watch Fox and other right-wing "news." My Fox loving neighbor was astonished when I told her about the Dominion settlement and how Fox admitted they lied. She'd never heard a thing about any of it. And she still doesn't believe Fox would lie about anything. And I'm not talking about an evil person here. She's basically decent just misled. THAT'S what angers me most - how Fox and Trump and the like are ruining average people.

Trump University is also faculty, curriculum and library free. All they had were fees...no degrees.
They had diplomas. They were not worth much. But they had them.
It was a rip-off of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" after Trump had co-starred on Robert Kiyosaki's course. Trump U's advisers concentrated on teaching its students how to get a large loan from the bank. Oh, and they were not (legally) allowed to call themselves a university in New York State. Trump told prospective students that he selected the teaching staff personally, but later he told the court he had had nothing to do with them.

Trump was calling on his MAGA base last week to come and protest in New York to prevent him from facing accountability for his crimes. He was hoping his base would be threatening and violent.
He's hoping the judge sends him to jail for violating the gag order, on the theory it will make his base "rise up," rush out and demonstrate and riot again like Jan 6, and vote for him so he can get elected and make all his legal problems go away.
