i quote Aes at City Council meetings too LOL oohhh & i created a cirriculum around studying his lyrics that they teach at local high school. my hope for it was reducing rampant teen suicides in this small town my mom teaches in. 10 years teaching it & they'v gone from averaging 1 suicide a year to none in last 4. Ya know, Aes' art was 1st thing that let me know i would die happy, knowing i had heard his art made life worth it no matter what might happen in the future, so i try to get him into people's ears hoping it will be a source of peaceful joy for them too. i can see myself bleeding out one day smiling hearing his art in my head
Changing my approach if you don't know this you should. "Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire ft. Despot, Das Racist, Danny Brown, EL-P The Last Huzzah" Just search for that in " ". I'm guessing you don't know about Despot he kills it on this track. Both Heems and Kool A.D of Das Racist are on this I think Kool A.D has the better verse but both are good. Danny Brown kills it on this as usual. Then there is El-P if you don't know you need to. To paraphrase him "he spits 16 to prove to the wold he owns it" and he does. Last we hear from Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire and I leave that as a surprise.

LOL to using the word 'finally' there cuz i think everyone needs prep work before diving into oxygen!! i was soooo gonna hit u up & say that i was gonna request Oxygen just for u, because i think Saeed would do great at finding meaning in it vs most. Oxygen isn't in my Top 20 Aes tracks, just cause there's sooooo much quality to choose from but it's def a song i don't think has been explored in the way it deserves & would love to see what Saeed does w/ it.
