This stuff doesn't work very well in practice. Just a lot of kool aid drinking. Maybe it works for robotic ppl but most people don't operate like that. Hard to have concensus and upkeep.
@@alexasbenz requires management to be all canned and companies to operate without share holders and corp greed. promote by merit and everyone align in their world views. so gl with that. (that's the why behind the japanese companies being able to do it.)

There's a company called Toyota that does this and they happen to be the most profitable car manufacturer in the world.
